The rating's comment: I find that Dougie is good when you can get to see him. The biggest downfall for him, is his receptionist. She is useless and never answers the phone. Its pathetic that she has her calls on message manager by 9:10am when they don't open till 9am. Guess she spends the first 10mins of her day changing that, cause she don't open the mail and give the dr his reports that either. My mother, who had a stroke and didn't know it, waitied 4 months to get the report. Dr. Crosbie would be much better off without her. Bring Bev Back
