DR. Grooms is by far the best dr ever. He has treated me with 2 kids and i am on my third. I would not see any other dr. He may be short and strait to the point about things but i would not have it any other way. Shame on you that dont respect him and his practice.

This doctor is ethical. If you don't understand the politics of being a doctor you may not notice, because he has a lot of patience. I won't get into that. I will say he cares,is very focused, serious and not just after another dollar.

Dr. Grooms was very rude and treated me very poorly. He acted as if I was a burden to him and didn't take my complaints seriously. I mentioned wanting a second opinion and he flat out told me I was young and stupid. He said no other dr would take me as far a long as I was. I ended up with Preeclampsia turning into full blown eeclampsia. My husband almost lost both me and our precious girl. This started months before delivery. And every time I would go into labor (1st time matched the due date) he would stop the labor. By the time I had my baby. There was placental death and start of infection. We are lucky to be alive... no thanks to Harold Grooms. There are others out there who have their own Grooms horror stories. Research and talk to women before you seek him for this precious time.

Every time I have an appointment they tell me something different. One week my baby is 6 to 6 1/2 pounds and the next visit they tell me it is 5 pounds. Last week the baby is bigger than average and this time it is small. They should make up their minds. I have only seen the doctor twice and I have 4 weeks to go before I deliver. I would just like to have some consistency with opinions. I don't want to be treated any more special than any other patient. I just want to be treated as though I matter. It is a little scary when every person that sees me has a different opinion about my progress and I never get to see the actual doctor. Even at this late date and I am due in 4 weeks I think I am going to change my doctor.
