I find that Dougie is good when you can get to see him. The biggest downfall for him, is his receptionist. She is useless and never answers the phone. Its pathetic that she has her calls on message manager by 9:10am when they don't open till 9am. Guess she spends the first 10mins of her day changing that, cause she don't open the mail and give the dr his reports that either. My mother, who had a stroke and didn't know it, waitied 4 months to get the report. Dr. Crosbie would be much better off without her. Bring Bev Back
Dr. Crosbie is nice and all, but he really needs to have his appt booked better. I usually wait a minimum of an hour for my appointment. If my appointment is for 2:00, I'm lucky if I get in 3:00. Also, his receptionist should actually do her job. If you want to make an appointment to see the doctor you need to call at 9:00am, because by 9:10am a recording comes on saying that all appointments for the day are filled. Sometimes I want to make an appointment for later in the week! It's crazy!!!
