From his book he still believes there is no mercury in child vaccines... There is, especially in Multiple delivery packed vaccines, like MMR, but also in flu shots, and Hepititis B. Also, he talks about "Required" vaccinations. Thank God they are NOT required. All are optional, at this point, and this is before possible weaponization scares.

I really enjoy taking my son to see Dr. Cohen. I think his office and staff is very children friendly. My kid never wants to leave when it's time to go home. He wants to play with all the toys and he has a lot of toys at home. He feels very comfortable going to this office. In fact before we get to the entrance of the office he is running to go inside the office. They run an effecient, friendly, custormer and family oriented office. For the few unsatisfied parents maybe you should consider looking for a place your child feels comfortable with. This office is often crowded for the simple fact that it's a good practice. And you can hear one room to the next it has not been my experience. The staff is great an in demand good attitude towards life in general is what you get when you go there. They get the job done. Tumbs up from one happy parent and all the other parents that continue to bring their kids to this office.

This practice is poorly managed, and too big. My sons' appointments are never confirmed, and almost always booked wrong. I spoke w/Dr Cohen, who said the problem would be corrected, but I have seen no change. Every Dr we have seen has been wonderful with my son, & the office is nice. A few times I had to call the office off hours because my son fell/was sick etc. and my calls were usually promptly returned. I wish they had a sick child section/waiting area.

This guy is actually the Bernie Madoff of medicine. There is often a tv crew hanging around the office because of the books that this guy has written. Our baby developed a chronic sinus infection. The doctor was always too busy to see her. He would always have a Nurse Practitioner see her and only after begging. He only saw kids with advance appointments. What's the point of a pediatrician who doesn't see sick kids? If the child is sick and needs to be seen, you're out of luck. The NPs were arrogant and lacked any knowledge about my childs condition. Every visit I had to tell them to read her chart. They would tell me its probalbly viral and wouldn't need to me seen. I had to point out over and over again that she had positive cultures on 4 seperate occasions. They didn't bother reading the chart until I told them to. They would then order an antibiotic that had already failed. Again I had to point that out. There was never a plan. Never a follow up call. Never a referal to an ENT.

Very interesting place, I like how the doctor does not prescribe medicine unless it is absolutley necessary but I do not like how you could hear everything going on in each room, this has to be some sort of HIPPA violation, if I were him I would have this fixed quickly before he is slapped with a lawsuit!!!

Simply a blessing. Found Dr. Cohen's practice while praying for a peditrician and looking through the baby magazines. His picture reminded me of Patch Adam's (fun, loving, caring) and Dr. Cohen and his practice is just that from the front desk to the end of the office. The office is kid friendly along with the entire staff, very accommodating, never rushing, concerned about the root of the problem then just adding a bandaid and prescribing medicine. Always a pleasure to visit his office. I've called left a message and a return call was given that day whether during office hours or at home/cell. I'm a cheerleader for Tribeca Pediatrics!!!! Thanks Dr. Cohen, Kerry and those names I simply forgot but not your generosity and bedside manners when my daughter has visited. Kudos to everyone!!!
