Dr. Raber is the most honest and reliable doctor! He does his job, if you're sick he won't sugar coat it and he'll tell you the facts and how to get better. He is always helpful and has such a deep passion for helping others. He has great values and loves what he does. He is patient and has always helped my family, he is amazing and knows exactly what he is doing.

"Dr." Dustin Raber essentially killed my grandmother due to his negligence. He refused to read her chart and listen to her symptoms nor request testing. By the time his cockyness stated "go ahead and get another doctor then.." and the new doctor found a UTI, pneumonia in both lungs, and a pulminary embolism within a few minutes after looking at her chart. Dr. Raber is cocky and does not care about any patients. But he will charge insurance over $200/week for "chart reading" before killing you.

This "DR" is awful! I've been with him for a very short time after being with an amazing practitioner for years that moved out of state. I digress, I went to Dr. Raber on the advice of a friend. For my first visit I scheduled a physical. He never touched me. Then, mentioned that my abnormally high blood pressure was "a little high". I recently went the office complaining of chest pain. I've been diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes and asthma for over 10 years. The doctor listened to my heart and breath sounds for less than 10 seconds. Never did a EKG, even though I've had abnormal EKG findings in the past. Then said you're not having a heart attack, you're too young to have a heart attack. Young people, I'm almost 40, don't have heart attacks. Then he went on to tell me that you also can't have a heart attack while you're sleeping. You must be doing vigorous activity to have a heart attack. He then told me he did recommend any testing because I'm so young. I requested a referral. And left his office I've been shopping for a new doctor. But, from here on out I will be going to the emergency room before I go back to Dr. Raber. I will not give him the opportunity to kill me!

This man should lose his license. I went with my 93 year old Grandmother to one of her appointments and these are the things he did (or did not do): First he never examined her even though she was there because she fell. He never asked what her blood sugars were, even though she is diabetic. When asked if her blood sugar levels could have anything to do with her falling, he said "no. She's old. That's what happens". (by the way, yes it does. I was testing him by asking that question). Speaking of old, he told her she was old at least 6 times during the 15-20 minute appointment. A little rude if you ask me. (My Grandma said she wanted to smack him every time he said it). He told her to stop taking Aleve because her kidneys weren't doing so good that instead she should take Tylenol!!!! You don't have to be a doctor to know that that is the DUMBEST thing you could do. So what did we learn from this visit? That my Grandma was old. Gee thanks. Flash forward 4 months. She is so weak she cannot get out of bed. She goes to the hospital. Instead of even TRYING to treat her, he decides it's time to "make her comfortable". Told my father she has a few days left to live, so he flew all the way down there to be with her (when he doesn't have the money) and now guess what? She's being released into a rest home! Not dead. Imagine that. Now my dad won't have the money for when she is actually dying to go be with her. So instead of treating her and saving her from a week of suffering and the possibility of going back home, he's made her worse by not treating her and probably has shortened her life because of his lack of trying because she's old. Way to go idiot. He has pretty much signed her death certificate. Because of his lack of trying because she's old, she won't live as long. He should NOT have a license. He is a worthless excuse for a doctor!

Please go elsewhere before going to this doctor or office. I have been a faithful "Robot" victim (err, patient) of his for over 7 years. I wanted so bad to believe Hanford had a great new doctor here., and I am a loyal patient when treated right, trust me. Thus, the seven years for me to WAKE UP and see what he was really like. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $ ON THIS PLACE!!! He doesn't EVER get up and examine you...EVER. I had a recent bout of pneumonia and couldn't breathe, ended up in the hospital and following up with him after. He never touched me. Never listened to my lungs, NOTHING. Just wrote me another script. He does call himself nothing but a "script writer" to his patients and jokes that he likes to see you ill because it means "business is booming" on his side. His specialty is getting patients addicted to meds so he is ensured the money when you need to see him for a refill every month. He doesn't refer out or give proper diagnoses because most times, he's laughing inside knowing a patient is most likely sick from med side effects or withdrawal. He started out very promising, but has figured out a way to scam lots of poor patients into taking meds they don't really need. Don't go here. Office staff is super rude also. Nothing good here. Take an extra 15 minutes and drive up the road to Visalia. Or anyone else! This guy is a joke!!!!

Dr. "Dust Some Dirt on It" Raber, is the worst physician in the Hanford area. The medical staff in his office are RUDE and incompetent. As others have stated previously, he is there to make money for himself and "his corporation", not to take of patients. I was his patient for 10 years, and have seen a drastic decline in his care. He churns patients in and out of his office like a revolving door, throwing pill samples or prescriptions at them, just so they will leave. Do not trust him with your medical care, or your children's! He has become a "Robot Doctor" absorbed and controlled by Adventist Health.

Dr. Raber has extended exams and treatment way beyond the scope of the illness while not addressing the original medical issue. When the results of multiple tests that he required, including a second one from a specialist he suggested came back clearly adverse medical indications, Dr. Raber refused to create a medical treatment program, insisting that the specialist do so. When pressed as to the reason why he would not create a treatment program, he stated, with no shame, that he "worked for a corporation" and that to make such a recommendation "would be expensive to his business". He states his job is strictly as a gatekeeper. He chooses profits over patients.

The girls at Dr. Raber's office are rude, incompetent and lazy. Dr. Raber himself is too busy, he would rather put you on antidepressants and pain medication than try to figure out what the hell is wrong with you. Do not waste your time and money at that office, you will not get anywhere.

Dr. Raber is the BEST Doctor ever. He always has wonderful and helpful information. Dr. Raber is very kind and listens to what I am saying. He has really helped me through some tough times. You can bet that he really cares about his patients. I've witnessed him during family gatherings....always answering his phone and helping those in need. I wish we lived closer to always have such a wonderful doctor around. Even in the middle of the night, 3 states away, i've called him with questions and he is always willing to help. (And not just me, i've had friends call him as well.) He is amazing. If you are looking for a wonderful, patient, kind, and knowledgeable doctor, Dr. Raber is the answer to your prayers. He will always be #1 in my book! :) #1 Doctor.....and #1 Brother. :) -Ki
