I had a sensitive tooth. Dr Hall saw me and said I needed a crown. The work was done and then my tooth was VERY uncomfortable.I then made another appt. He took an X-Ray and told me I needed a root canal. I decided to get a second opinion.I went to another dentist who took a full mouth of X-Rays and said my cracked tooth and sensitivity was caused by night time teeth grinding. He said I did not need a rooth canal, and then he suggested I get fitted for a nightguard. I did that, and then I decided I did not want Dr. Hall working on my teeth again, so I arranged to have my temp crown sent to the new dentist for him to complete the process. On the very day it was to arrive I got a call from Hall's office saying my crown had been lost! I had to then start the crown process anew. The day my new temp crown was prepared it was discovered that Dr. Hall had severely UNDERPREPPED my tooth and no evidence of cement could even be found inside the crown!"No wonder you are in pain!" I was told.
