Dr. Kersey is the first physician that takes the time to know you. I thought it was strange at first. I realized that knowing a patient before an exam would constitute a better understanding of the situations or conditions of that patient, and is good bed side manner. I wish more doctors would take the time to know their patients as Dr. Kersey does.

Dr. Brant Kersey ordered lab work/tests for my disabled mother even before she arrived for the appointment. Acting as P.O.A. for her, I asked how they could order and charge her for this when no one at the Dr.'s office has even examined or spoken to my mother in person. Dr. Brant Kersey released my sick mother from his care without any treatment in retaliation for me asking a valid question. They say I was being rude but the receptionist I spoke to even stated that I did not even do so much as raise my voice to anyone. Needless to say, we will be filing a complaint with the state. In a previous discussion I was told to pay for a doctors appointment to get a copy of my mom's medical records. I will be taking issue with this as well.

Very patient and kind. It is so nice to have a family practitioner that is in an office alone and you get to see him everytime. He knows his patients and cares. He once spent 40 minuted with me when I had a bad diagnosis. Will never forget that. Would highly recommend him,

This doctor would only give my mother 1-3 month refills for maintenance meds that she had been on for years. When asked why she had to come in the office to pick up the prescriptions monthly a staff member told her Dr. Kersey made her come in so that he could bill the insurance for a visit! Sometimes all he would do would be to step one foot in the room and hand her the prescription, if that! I told politely told the office worker that I thought that would consitute insurance fraud and that making older patients come in that often when unneeded was very hard on them. We received a certified letter two days later saying they would not see her as a patient anymore. BUSTED.
