Terrible chair side manner. Does not relate to patients(customers). It's a cattle call in thus office. You are just a number($$$$). I'm sure he has a lovely vacation home

I have been going to the Boss Dental Care with my family for 10 years, and NEVER had any problems with his practice, his manners (contrary to one recent review), or staff. Additionally, unlike most doctors and clinics in town, I never had any problems with insurance. I am always told upfront how much my insurance covers and how much a treatment will cost. Dr. Boss gives information on different treatments, and I fully trust his knowledge and advice. Besides, I think he is a very nice person with a sense of humor. He has a large staff and his assistants will prep the work for him, so he only comes in when it is time for him to do any procedure or to check X-rays or to say all is well (say, after a cleaning). It works out very efficiently. His staff is well trained and helpful. Even the scheduling is great and I receive text message reminders to appointments. In summary, I highly recommend his clinic. (He does not do orthodontics, but I think he does everything else).

My experience with Dr. Boss was horrible. His office staff was so kind and warm, but when I met the doctor he was rude - minimalized my concerns as a patient, insulting - name calls his patients chickens, and presented two options to me for my broken tooth - a nearly $2000 bill or to have my tooth pulled as an option for someone like me?!? It was the worst experience due to his lack of caring and disappointing attitude - I will never go to this doctor again and thought others should know about my experience with him.

Great Dentist! Office staff is amazing and they really care about their patients. They go out of their way to make you comfortable with procedures.

Dr. Boss is the kind of caring dentist that you can go to and know that you will ALWAYS be treated with respect. He doesn't just say you need work done now but gives you options for other treatments. He is someone that truly cares about his patients and is available to them in times of an emergency.
