Worst hospital in the state of New Jersey I was in there because I had a liver abscessed and a UTI that went to my brain but all they're worried about is cutting me off drugs they think this is a f****** drug rehab. Dr Vogel is an idiot he told me the name of what was wrong with me he said it will be on my discharge papers there's nothing on my discharge papers except your meds have changed f*** you my meds have not changed you are not my doctor you never asked me why I'm on Xanax or why I'm on painkillers maybe three car accidents you people don't f****** ask some of the nurses were great some of the nurses sucked and the doctors and whatever her name is psychiatrist Fallon she's an idiot telling me that it's Xanax would draw when I came home and I have a half a bottle of Xanax sitting right here it went to my brain they said the police report said I was running outside naked which is b******* they found me naked in my bed you people need to close down or get someone else to run that f****** hospital because you're a bunch of f****** morons and you'll be hearing from my lawyer very very soon go to f****** hell do not go to this hospital people go to Jersey shore

Short staffed; non caring attitude by nursing staff. Patient families are not given updates . Families being told that there are not enough supplies available to give patients to assist with their basic care needs. I don’t know why they are spending do much money expanding the hospital when they can’t even give basic supplies for patients who need them for their care. Horrible hospital

Go there if you want to get Covid and die in bed!!!!! They took no precautions. No staff workers wore masks. Went in for bronchitis got Covid from nurse, what was 4 days turned into 3 weeks of hell dealing with staff. Even in Covid unit they aren’t wearing protective equipment. They are literally killing their parents. I know because the lady across from us in Covid unit went in for surgery, got Covid from same nurse now she’s going to die. So sad. Not to mention the hospital rooms dirty, bugs flying around blood poo on floor. I had to cleaned myself. Honestly our family did everything, social worker did nothing. She was always 3 steps behind. Social worker wasn’t getting anything done. We finally lost hope and took over. We Found the home to go to to get over Covid with Physical therapy. Not the SW. We told her we found a spot so start discharge papers. Which the SW said ok she’ll be ready in 3 hours with in the next 30 Minutes got call she’s on move.. Again No communication from doctors and nurses, SW . You can’t give info to an 80 year old with Covid to remember, why we asked for social worker but she as useless as the rest. No compassion. If you run into nurse Joyclin she a real dog it refused to give health info cuz I wanted to record conversation. She/it said NO I won’t give you info. First off it’s not illegal I don’t have to tell them. I’d say have your lawyer on standby. Or better yet Do not go there period… Lesson learned I’ll never go back I will see em in court… If you wanna die go to community heath they do a better Job at that than healing patients…

An absolute hellhole. Equipment such as MRI not repaired. May have endangered my foot which needed review to osteomyelitis. Prior occasion I was nearly killed by internist Mupparaju who prescribed the same antibiotic which caused my hospitalization. I filed a complaint but due to self-serving hospital policy, I was not given rights. This place should be called the Kevorkian Medical Center.

So here we are in a brand new edition of the hospital, and still no change in any services , talking blah blah 😑. Why bother putting another wing to a hospital that poorly ran with lesser patients? There just missing the concept of why you should expand, you don’t expand to just be bigger, you expand because you’re doing things right , and I mean right for patients and staff , this hospital should be state evaluated on a quarterly basis, staff should have empathy classes, and patients should have a ton more communication from them , nobody needs to go to a hospital and be fearful of leaving someone their !! Maybe if ever time you go to a hospital, as a patient you should be treated as if it’s your family you’re caring for ? ?

This place has a bad track record and continues to employ doctors who push people out the door regardless of there condition only to return or die

I'm considering legal action. They did a dialysis catheter procedure on me I did not need. That was like a human chop shop.. My kidney doctor did not approve of this. Now I have to get it removed!! And everything gets treated with goddam Tylenol! This has been needless torture and suffering and people are dying here!

I walked into the ER and told them I was possibly having a stroke. They took my information and left me to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours before I just walked out. Completely unacceptable and should be ashamed to call themselves an emergency room

I was rushed by ambulance with a brain bleed..I was on blood thinners and had a bad fall and hit my head. This type of injury usually is fatal. The doctors there were The head neurologist never did this type of surgery and didn't know what to do. He and my substitute doctor didn't want a second opinion and kept me there for 12 days before my family had enough of their incompetents and rushed me to Monmouth hospital where they did the surgery immediately. They saved my life.
