I went in by ambulance in great pain I could not stand. The ambulance nurse asked me what my pain was, I said a 9 than she says if I punch you in the stomach what would it be? They put me in the ER waiting room where I was moaning in pain. I proceeded to lay down on the bathroom floor bc I was vomiting, a nurse come in and kicked me to get up?. I was having a allergic reaction to medication and was not seen. I ended up going home I felt like I did not matter. It's very unprofessional.

I came into the ER in great pain after a fall that fractured two ribs. It was 5 am and only one other person in the waiting room. I said l did not wish to move ahead of any others but could l please lie down. I was crying from pain. I was also sober. Nothing. At 6 am someone came from er, l again asked to lie down. “ l’ll see what l can do”…. nothing. At 7 am l was taken to the back. The “ holding pen” had empty beds and empty chairs. I could have laid down if anyone had cared.

Dirk Putter will destroy your life and than laugh about it. Total psychopath. Says alot about Bluewater health in general. Called patient experience they just laught it off as well. I would be embarrassed to work here.

They not only has 2 male security guards accost me and force me out mere hours after a heart attack in august Now this week they have allowed me to puke blood more than 72 hours have new taken away all liquids for 12+ while they keep LYING about my scope time I've been here since sunday its now thursday ill they have done its ct scan NOTHING else Complaining to social work or patient advocacy did NOTHING but makes sure my care as even worse!!! The hospital overall isn't a very hygienic where a hospital environment is concerned. Two people whom I know of contracted bacterial infections during their in-patient stay. One is a very close friend who was in the Rehabilitation ward from surgery. After two months stay she had sores on her legs and was diagnosed with contracting MRSA. She was at the hospital for almost six months. Another friend's husband had contracted CLABSI. This was couple decades ago. He had the most painful and horrific two years of life in the hospital and eventually died there. My friend said "I would never wish anything like this one my worst enemy. They, the hospital, killed my husband with a slow, painful and horrific two years of life as he contracted the bacteria from the surgical room." My personal care in the Emergency Department weren't very good experiences. Only a couple doctors are excellent and thorough. My daughter had the luck of the draw. The doctor by whom my daughter was very thorough. She called LHSC in London, Ontario as the CT scan report from Imaging Department doctor did not seem accurate. LHSC neurologist was able to see the scans and requested that my daughter be sent there immediately. She was taken by ambulance. The neurology department there did other scans and MRI and determined the problem. It was completely different from what the Imaging Department in Sarnia stated. It was due to the persistence of the ER doctor, I wish I could remember her name, in Sarnia that my daughter got immediate attention at LHSC. There were couple of good physicians in ER at this hospital, 2 out of 10. In 2016 I had gone to the Emergency Department due to a very severe concussion. I was taken to the hospital as soon as I could get up and walk. In hind sight I should have gone by ambulance. The Triage nurse refused to give me a quiet area as I complained the light and noise was intolerable, plus my neck had excruciating pain. After two hours I was taken in to see the doctor in the Emergency Department. He spent barely 15 minutes with me. All he did was give me a prescription for a painkiller and physiotherapy and said I could return to work the day after. It seems like he had no clue of concussion protocol. He said a CT scan will not show anything. He didn't bother to do an MRI. It's 2023 now, in two months it will be 7 years that I had my terrible fall. I'm still dealing with severe chronic post concussion symptoms. I worry about early dementia as my memory and cognition are the most severe of the all the other post concussion symptoms. Two to three weeks after my fall I met with my family physician, Dr. Samantha Soeder, as I was experiencing severe post concussion symptoms. She immediately sent a referral to Parkwood Hospital in London, Ontario. Unfortunately the wait period was very long. It was almost a year after the fall that I got the call from Parkwood Concussion Clinic. I blame the ER doctor at Bluewater Health Foundation Hospital for my chronic conditions that were preventable had he followed concussion protocol. He needs continue taking courses in medicine.

DR. DIRK PUTTER IS PERVERT. My name is Melissa, back in December of 2022 I came to emerg with severe stomach pain. The nurse brought me to my bed and told me to change into a hospital gown. She left and closed the curtain. I was completely naked and Dr. Dirk Putter without asking if I had my gown on just pulls open the curtain as I was completely naked and he just stood there and stared at me like a total CREEP!!!. I've never felt so uncomfortable around a man in my life. I complained to the nurse and she told me to file a complaint with patient experience. I've left 3 messages about this incident and my parents even left one. They never once called us back. We filed a police report and the police said if they go to the hospital the hospital staff will not co-operate in anyway it's an internal issue. My parents and I are now filing a lawsuit against bluewater health and the psycho pervert Dirk Putter. I'm only 15 years old. Dirk Putter belongs in jail. SEXUAL PREDATOR.

DIRK PUTTER WARNING (CPSO#: 80721 I have a lawsuit against this "doctor " my son was brought in by the police as he had tried to hang himself my son asked to stay and this creep dismissed my son and told him there are enough addicts in the mental health board and he would have to wait 6 hours to see a doctor he was very rude and dismissive and made my son feel terrible Needless to say my son hung himself that very night I am no longer able to be with my son because of this p..o..s..more people need to come forward about him a class action lawsuit the only discipline he got was having to take a course on his" legible writing' I appealed that decision and now he has to do a" self study" and I don't know how he still works there either he needs to be fired and yes there is a large insurance company for the doctors cmpa I am sick and by this POS and he is going to be held accountable for what he did to my Son I will never be able to see him again.. the image of my Son hanging in my laundry room is something I will never get over..
