Dr. Neary is one of the best Doctors ever met and he is a great doctor who is knowledgeable, and compassionate. Myself & my Family are blessed to have him as our family physician. He always takes time to listen , understand and help. His treatments has always worked for all of our family. We are sorry, to know that he is moving and we miss him as a Doctor and a good human being. We wish success and peace always follow him.
Shirley is a great person and has always been good to us .

I am sad to know that Dr. Neary is leaving. He was a great doctor when you finally got an appointment to see him. It's almost like you had to plan to be sick. wasn't so quick with our daughter's immunizations and care. Shirley is a miserable person and I hated calling there to make an appointment. We left this practice because of her. Maybe retirement should be the next step for her.

I am shocked to hear that Dr. Neary or receptionist Shirley are being spoke of so unkindly. Our family(s) are blessed to have them attend to our medical needs. I am in the process of looking for a new Physician now that he will be leaving his practice soon. We are spoiled and will be hard pressed to find another Dr. as good as he and a receptionist as kind. I find it hard to believe some of the terrible comments.

Dr. Neary started out well, but seems to have burned out, probably because he is overbooked. His receptionist, Shirley, should be sent for customer service training. Alternative medicine works, and Dr. Neary does not seem to be keeping up his knowledge in this area. He should consider adding a Nurse Practioner to his staff, both to better serve his patients and to keep his practice current.

Shirley is the best. She is so kind and helpful all the time. She deserves a gold star. Dr. Neary is the best doctor around. So knowledgeable and compassionate. The best office around.

When not on vacation or out of the office, the wait is horrendous and the staff unpleasant. Generally a one month wait for an appointment, and a similar wait to see him in the office. A walk-in clinic has become my my main healthcare provider since being with Dr. John Neary.

I can't believe I go to the same doctor as some of the other posters - Dr. Neary is amazing! My friend referred us to him, and we both adore him. He is so kind and understanding - great with our little kids, and great with me when I had postpartum depression. Even though I know he's really busy (what doctor isn't?) I never feel rushed by him. I always feel like he has all the time in the world to discuss things with me. This has also been my friend's experience with him. Also, while it's not relevant to his practice, who thinks he's not good looking?!?! My friend and I both think he's H-O-T!

I think that dr neary is an amazing doctor. He always makes time for his patients. If you walk in to his office , it's because you have a medical issue. If a socail visit,if that is what you want then your in the wrong office. Have tea with your grandma,coffee with your mother or take a friend to lunch. He's there to do his job not to make friends with 3000 plus people. AS for the post that say's he's not much to look at, seriously are you there looking for a husband or a doctor!!! In my opinion he's a fantastic doctor with more knowledge than most. I for one am thankful I have a doctor that cares as much as he does. Yes at times it's hard to get through to his office, but if you had 3000 people calling your house , no one would be able to get through either so have patience people or go to the nearest clinic or emergency room if it is that serious. That's what they are there for!

got a letter today saying that dr.neary has changed his "practice focus". He has over 3000 patients, which I find irresponsible. Still waiting on his follow up for my blood tests. His receptionist, Shirley, has turned into one of the most disappointing customer service people I have ever met. She is not a nurse and is not that busy that she cannot acknowledge you. Some of these posts talk about Shirley as if she doesn't have to do this. Courtesy by her and Dr.Neary would be a welcome change. His hours have shrunk so much I can>t get in for weeks on end and have had no luck calling the office. I hope I can find a new doctor sooner than later. The letter was not what I counted on from my doctor. I wish I could have god notice at my last appointment

I been going to Dr Neary since his office opened, I use to think I was so lucky to have such amazing Dr. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and seemed like he really cared about his patients. However last few times I have gone to his office I have to say that I was really disappointed. I'm not sure what happened in last few years to make him change but I don't like it. He seamed like he doesn't really care for his patience and can't get you out off his office fast enough. And Shirley my goodness she needs to take a Customer service course or something. She is soo cranky and seams to be irritated all the time. I really hate going to see or call Dr Neary's office anymore. I honestly prefer to go to urgent care clinic and wait in line for hours. I want old Dr Neary back!
