Health advice is not a subject to be suger coated. Dr Seto is a highly realistic and transparent practitioner. A lot of Practicioners will tell you what you want to hear , hence some of the negative reviews below.Stella will tell you what you NEED to hear. Her knowledge and depth of understanding the root of the problem and working towards a solution is second to none. I have reffered several athletes whom were dealing with chronic pain and she was able to heal them in 2 treatments when they and myself were battling pain for years. Not only would I recommend her I wouldnt reccomend anyone else but her .

I am a massage therapist and needless to say, I work with my hands. Over the years I’ve developed nagging over-use injuries, and a few that remain unresolved even with physio, massage, etc. I got referred to Dr. Seto for prolozone therapy and two of my chronic injuries are now gone!!! I am so thankful to have found Dr. Seto and to be under her care. Dr. Seto is knowledgeable, professional, and most of all kind. She explains everything thoroughly and works collaboratively with you. I saw Dr Seto in regards to my anxiety and depression. Upon first meeting her, she asked that I describe my anxieties and when I gave her some examples she then made me feel even more anxious about what I was worried about in the first place. After that, I was holding my jacket and she asked to hang it up and I said no thank You, I'm fine, and she grabbed it out of my hands and said I was holding onto it too tightly and I needed to relax. I was totally dumbfounded by her assertiveness, which came across rude and dismissive of my struggles. She seemed to know a lot about supplements, but she could use some training on how to interact with people. I'm really not impressed.

I have been seeing Stella for years, I cant say enough good things about her. She introduced me to ozone therapy for my back and hips. What a difference it has made. Amazing

I’ve been battling major back/hip issues over the last 10 years. Ive spent thousands of dollars trying literally every option... accupunture, chiro, physio, Massage, prescription drugs. A month ago I tried the treatment called Prolozone Therapy done by Dr. Seto. She also incorporated IMS as I was a severe case. For the first time in a decade I am pain free! She also helped me with some other areas of concern which was an added bonus. I highly reccomend her!

I have seen a few naturopathic doctors in my life, and I have to stay that Dr. Seto is one of the worst. Its like walking in to see a robot who wants to sell you products, and gimmicky services. Her appointments are expensive, and I have not seen the results I set out to.

I have been seeing Stella for past 2 years after seeing 3 walk in doctors, 1 demonologist and 1 homeopathic doctor trying to fix my eczema. All they did was proscribe stronger steroids but Stella treated me from a different direction. My skin is completely healed!!! I can't thank her enough...she involved me in the treatment...I had to be responsible for my diet, etc. It wasn't easy and sometimes she my seem emotionally reserved but we figured it out! It wasn't easy or fast but I got results and I trust her.

I really got the strong feeling that she wanted me to feel insecure about my health in order to sell me products and treatments. Won't go back.

A great naturopath. I went in expecting to work on one problem, and she fixed another one while I was there. Been working with her for 2 years on a variety of issues. She knows her stuff.

While I found her bedside manner a little bit standoffish, she did give me a few good new tips for improving my nutritional habits. But not really enough to make it worth the hefty price. Not so impressed with all the supplement suggestions, as I know from personal and professional experience that some she recommended for me are controversial.
