I've been seeing Dr. Khalili for the last three years! He's not even my family GP but has helped me and my family with his medical knowledge. This is not a regular boring doctors office! The receptionist has been nothing but helpful caring and has the funniest personality that keeps me and my family coming back! I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
I am surprised by the other reviews. I have had nothing but great help from Dr. K and his staff.he has treated my whole family now and is fantastic. I took my 2 year old son in to see him this morning and the girl at the front fast tracked us in to see the dr. because she could see my son was in pain. Great staff. Great dr.
Damn i tought i was the only one who noticed how horrible is the GIRL in the front desk.....doctor is rude and always asking me same personnal questions.... would never go to that place i would be better staying sick for few days.
My worst ever experience as a patient. I needed a medical form completed and paid outright hoping that the doctor completes this after examining my back injury. The doctor did not fill up the form before he left as he promised so had to wait again the next day. Worst thing he knows I am spastic and cannot function to work but recommended I go back to work with restrictions like lifting 10 kg or less or even sitting for less than 30 mins. He knows I was totally in pain, and the drug he prescribed doesn't even help me a bit, so how can I get back to work with even light duties. The receptionist also is unbelievable. You always have to call her and remind her of the form. I will never go back to this clinic again. Inappropriate practice.
It was my first time visiting this doctor and he is extremely rude. His manner needs to be changed towards all patients because I have never felt verbally insulted from any walk-in clinics before. If my family doctor wasn't fully booked for the day, I would not have visited Dr. Khalili. He wrote a bunch of lab tests for me without telling me what it is for so I had to get that information from the lab itself.
Dr.K ias a terrific doctor. I walked in to talk about getting off my mess for depression. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of getting off them and then said he would support my decision. As for tests, he is always digging into my health with questions. He has sent me for a few tests and I am thankful for them! At 39 years of age I can say he is the best doctor I have had. He treats me like a person, he questions everything and never assumes what the cause of a problem may be. In short I trust him completely! I would suggest him to anybody who is in need of a doctor. He is no nonsense and says that the moment you meet him. After that he is completely focused on your health.
The staff is horrible. The receptionist must be related to this Doctor, because she is the most rude girl ever. She talks loud, doesn't care about keeping anything private. She is always arguing with somebody on the phone every time I go in there and she has NO MANNERS! The Doctor on the other hand, is better than the receptionist. But I would rate him average. There is NEVER a wait to see him, which should tell you something. But at the same time, he is quick to prescribe and get you out the door without ordering any tests. Tests seem to be the last thing he wants to ever run. I felt like he is a smart guy, and professional. But he doesn't do enough "digging" to figure out what's going on, despite there being NO PATIENTS in the waiting room. I would expect this from a Doctor who has a waiting room full of people. Also don't ask him to treat you for any long term illnesses like anxiety or depression. He won't take on that task, and says "Go see a family doctor, this is too long term"
Dr. Khalili is the worst doctor I have ever been to. He is arrogant, rude and appears to not really care why you are there. If you think you need antibiotics its the place to go. You will always walk out with a perscription. I went to Dr. Khalili who listened to my chest and told him I had difficulty breathing - percription for antibiotics and a puffer. Three hours later I was in the hopital diagosed with pnemonia and congestive heart failure. There is little wait a the clinic - that should tell you something because most clinics you up to wait hours. I highly recommend you do not see this doctor.
Doctor Khalili is a good doctor and is very factual, but, not too personable. I am there to get medical questions answered, not to be making friends so his professional attitude is welcomed. The receptionist however is the most rudest person I have come across in a long time. She always acts as if she is being inconvenienced and is not at all personable. (not to just me but other people coming in as well. She does not attempt to make speak quietly and everyone in the waiting reception area will know why you are there. I know she is not working there to win a popularity contest, but rude, arrogant and just plain b*itchy is not a good way to have people come back to the business that she apparently does not understand she is representing. Very doubtful if the doctors there even realize these comments are being posted or how negatively this front end person is affecting their business. I bet she would be not happy if she was treated this way.
