Dr. Scott came and didnt introduce himself when i had dry socket he didnt ask me about pain or how i was feeling. he frose me and started putting some kind of guard on my mouth when all he needed to do was clean the infected socket from my last extraction that another dentist in his office did. He started doing a filling (that i didnt ask for) then when i started complaining (making ahh sounds) he said to me "there is no whining here, i dont know how you would be in pain when i have givin you this much freezing" i had been in so much pain i hadnt slept in three days. He doesnt care about how his clients feel or are cared for. After he patched me up for the infection i complained to the reciptionist she said there was nothing they could do, i asked for a apologie and she said she couldnt help me but that she was sorry for my experiance and he was the owner. No costomer service here at all!!

I am listeningto all the negative comments and I can't believe they are talkuing about Dr. Kim. I see him 4 times a year for cleanings that he does personally and I have never experienced roughness or any of the other complaints. I have been seeing him for at least 8 years and have refered many friends and collegues to him and they are all happy. He is also very smart and is up top date on all the latest in dentistry.

worst dentist I've been too... had to do crown twice, due to Dr. Scott being so rough with gums, they bleed through darkening my crown on both cases... Left feeling like I got punched in the face... My husband had a cavity filled and was left with a bruised cheek for two days. Super rough, very pushy towards treatment you don't need but insurance will cover. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

Excellent dentist!! Great staff!! Dr Scott has really improved the condition of my gums with his laser treatments. He is always very relaxed and always makes me feel at ease.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a health professional. Came in for my appointment, after not being fully informed (even though I asked) about exactly what procedure I was about to undergo, and he proceeded to provide me with a lengthy explanation of why my previous dentist (I've recently moved to Calgary) "did not know what he was doing," and shoved a Q-tip with numbing gel in my mouth while I was talking to him - without any warning! I then told him that I was not comfortable with not knowing exactly what was going on and saw that he had the syringe of local anesthetic in his other hand, ready to go. I have anxiety when I don't know what kind of procedure is being done to me, so I asked him what he was about to do and if it would hurt a lot and he said "I've done this exact same procedure on 2834 other patients in the 27.8 years that I've been practicing, and your individual experience of this procedure will depend on your brain and how your brain interprets it."

He works in 3 clinics and handles the hard things. He does the wisdom teeth, crowns, root canals and tough items. Yes after 28 years he has his limits to the nonsense he can put up with. Just loves the normal patients. Does a lot of work on staff.

Absolutely the worst dentist I have ever been to. Although I mentioned to the receptionist on making the appt that I was scared of dentists, he did not care. I told him repeatedly that I didn't like dentists and he again - did not care. Unprofessional dress (torn, dirty scrubs and slippers on his feet), attitude, staff (staff member loudly complaining about double-booking patients) and office (receptionist not notifying the dentist that the new patient was scared of dentists)! Billed my insurer incorrectly too.

Dr. Scott is very skilled at his work, and works carefully and gently. He likes to keep up on current research in dentistry, and likes to talk about it while he works. Sometimes his humor is a little different, but overall very friendly. I have been going to him since he moved to Calgary, I think about 3 or so years ago.

Amazing Dentsit!! Right to the point. So smart, good sense of humor and very gentle. He saw me for an emergency and I plan on switching my entire family to his clinic. He lost young his son to cancer and I think this has made him extra aware about your overall health.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with him. He was incredibly rough, by the end of my appointment I was surprised I still had all my teeth and I was sobbing. I recommend going elsewhere!
