The Doctors are great, the office staff are rude, unprofessional just the worse, they speak to their clients like they are doing them a favor, they don't know anything anytime, the best answer I got from one was "I don't know, I only picked up the phone because I was next to it" unreal, do the Doctors not know who runs their office?? I been going there for the past 12 years, but I am looking for a new Dr. because I DO NOT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THE OFFICE STAFF, don't care how good of a Dr. he is.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. His staff treats you terribly, you never know if the doctor is getting your message. He was my primary for only 6 mo, but I found him to be a poor diagnostician, wrote prescriptions with the wrong dosages, provided little feedback with medical issues and provided poor follow -up care. When I spoke with him I felt my words were falling on deaf ears. There was absolutely no relationship between Dr & patient. Dr was also very stingy with medication renewals and was holding me hostage with my medications unless I scheduled an appt. with him after seeing him 5 mo previously.

DrJarrod M Frydman cares and only wants the best in health for his patients. I'm looking forward to my yearly visits! Have to wait til 2015 now.

Have been a patient in this office for over 12 years. Have been with Dr. Frydman for about 7 of those. He rocks! He diagnosed me with an autoimmune disease on a routine visit for a bad cold. It was like an episode of "House" moment.... He is intuitive to my needs, listens, gives me all the time I need, never looks at the clock while he's with me, and goes over everything. Very thorough. Through the years, I've had different insurances, and they've always accepted all of them. I am currently uninsured, and I cash-pay now, and am happy to do it. He's the best Doctor I've ever had and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor! Simply the best. The staff accommodates everybody...even walk ins! The Reception lady has been there since I've been going there and knows me by name.... it's comforting. All the staff is nice and accommodating. Clean offices, organized. A+ in my book!

Dr.frydman is wonderful/intelligent man, but unfortunantly his staff is extremly unfriendly. They make uyou feel as if you are bothering them when you ask any questions. Nobody seems like they know what they are doing except the doctor. I would love to continue seeing Dr.Frydman but if I have to deal with the a staff like that I would rather feel comfortable when i am apatient somewhere

Wow, Dr. Frydman is a God sent my husband and I we have been attending that office for about 12 years now or so now. We actually started out with Dr.Golden and we loved him.And then later on we became patients of Dr.Frydman and he is so wonderful and caring,compassionate and all the great things patients look for in a doctor. I'm always proud to see such a young man thats so caring about others......We love his service to us.

Dr. Jarrod Frydman is extremely caring and compassionate. He is not on an eager trip by preventing patients from getting to see a specialist. My insurance does not require referrals but I always talk to Dr. Frydman in regards to my health challenges. Most of them he can and will handle, on occasion, he will say "I think you need to go and see..." a neurologist, hematologist or what ever specialist may be needed to assist me in gaining restored health. I met Dr. Frydman in the early 90's before he began private practice. I was so impressed with him I asked him for a business card. He didn't have one. What he gave me was his name torn off a prescription pad. I kept it over the years. Once I saw he finally went into private practice, I sent him my parents. They have been with him for almost 10 years. Since then he has acquired my ENTIRE immediate family. He is ONE OF THE BEST!!! The staff is very helpful and incredibly prompt at responding to refill request and lab results. 5 star office!

I have been going to the office of Dr. Frydman for atleast 5 years now and always see the nurse practitioner, Dana. She is wonderful by the way. The office doesn't accept my insurance plan but I love the nurse practitioner so much that I pay out of pocket to go to this office. One of my medications isn't covered under my insurance plan and needs the doctors prior authorization in order to be covered. I called the office to let them know my insurance company will be faxing over the paper work for the doctor to fill out. I was in total shock when the girl got on the phone after speaking with the doctor and told me to go to Target or Walgreens where I could get my medication for 4.00...NOT TRUE!! She told me that the doctor didn't want to fill out all the paper work..he was to busy. I couldn't believe what I heard. My medication is almost 200.00 and I can't afford that. I will be going to a different doctor from now on. I will never go back to this office again!!

excellent physician. caring. knowledgable. negatives that he does not give flu shot, nor injections, nor x-rays nor what one thinks a primary dr. should do.

I've been a patients of Drs. Goldin and Frydman office for 6 years, the front girls are the best and never hestitate to go that extra mile to help you when you need it, the only things is that the nurses never seems to call you back when you need results or reports. The Doctors are well respected and explains everything to you in details and are most compassionate in your well being. I am amazed of how this office stay busy and how the front girl handles herself when in my opinion have seen nasty patients attack her and she doesn't give in to there nonsence. I applaud her ability to keep her straight face and keeps smiling through it all. Well job done for Drs. Goldin and Frydman in having a well grounded staff. 5 thumbs up.
