:)   *  9/27/09 4 1 3 I originally saw Dr House when he called the service and requested for a 20-something year old buxom blonde for an evening of... company. When I was leaving his house however I tripped and fell hitting my head on his sidewalk. I lost consciousness and later awoke at the hospital only to find him standing over my bed. He sure is a creepy man to wake up to. Good thing he is too cheap to spend the extra money for an all-nighter. Coyote morning !!! anyways, he was rude and pretended like he had never seen me before and when I told him I would go to the hospital with the video (that he didnt know I made as I have a camera installed in my purse... but I video tape all my tricks and sell them for easy money on the net, a girl has bills to pay, ya know?)anyways, he was rude and dismissive to his interns and did a tonne of unnecessary procedures. Turns out I tripped on his pills and his even larger ego. He also paid me off a bunch of extra money if I promised never to say a word. WORD !!!

:) Click to report rating *  8/29/09 5 1 5 Dr. House is very knowledgeable which in turn makes him very helpful. He could definitely work on his bedside manner to become an all round great doctor who cures you medicine and kindness. Kindness in a doctor is very appreciated by any patient who goes through health issues. All in all a great doctor who will always be my first choice when the health is not what it should be.

:( Click to report rating *  8/11/09 1 1 1 Rectal atrophy wasn't something I'd ever wikied, and certainly wasn't something the cute chick in admitting had thought of, but then House threw his cane at her, ate a bag of salted sunflower seeds, wrote something on his blackboard, looked stern for a couple of commercials, then told the team to give me a scotch and soda enema and voila! all cured. Course, I was only a secondary walk-on.

:) Click to report rating *  7/27/09 5 1 4 Here's the problem. I have an autoimmune disease, it seems. Well, House ran the usual gamut, beginning with something mundane, never desiring to hunt for zebra. So he diagnosed me with smoker's cough. He's brilliant! But I haven't smoked in 30 years, so onto something else. He had my house searched and came up with an obscure mold. This was promising. However, after treating me for aspergillosis, I was still coughing. He is known for proposing, and then immediately dropping, a diagnosis of sarcoidosis for all patients suspected of having autoimmune disease but confusing the brilliant doctors by lying. The problem is, I did turn out to have sarcoidosis, but it wasn't house who diagnosed me. So I'm suing House and giving the money to the lovely Brit who not only listened to me but went above and beyond. Besides which, when he finally admitted that the Brit was right, he said I'd be in remission in 19 months, but I've had this danged disease for nearly 20 years!

:) Click to report rating *  6/24/09 3 1 4 DO NOT BE FOOLOED BY THIS "DOCTOR"! He is, in fact a contemporary of the time traveling "Black Adder", last seen charging the German lines in France during WWI. He has apparently disguised his British accent with some sort of Jersey twang and weasled a position at a teaching hospital in that ill-begotten state. I was referred to House by my GP, who finally admitted to not having a clu and, after waiting in the clinic for three hours, finally met with Dr. House. He immediately diagnosed my problem as a tipped uterus, which I found unusual, being a man. Everyone said he was the best, though, so I agreed to the surgery. Surgical staff had a good laugh, then removed my right kidney "just for the practise". Note-that Australian surgeon left scar that looks remarkaby like a baseball seam. After four more diagnoses ranging from cancer of the earlobe to a torn ACL, eventually found correct diagnosis of logorrhoea. Treatment is not very successsful. Amount billed to medicare: $247,936.71

:) Click to report rating *  6/17/09 5 4 3 In more than one episode of House, a patient has a seizure, and the doctors shove a spoon in the patient's mouth. This is not the right thing to do--it's more likely to cause extra damage than prevent it--and that is a well-established fact in the medical community. Don't the writers even look this sh*t up? I don't appreciate the show perpetuating incorrect and potentially harmful ideas.

:|   *  6/14/09 1 1 1 STAY AWAY FROM DR. HOUSE!!! I came into the clinic with an itching and crackling in my ear. While waiting, I felt a terrible, uncontrollable pain in my ear that cause me to run around screaming. Dr. House tripped me and injected me with a paralytic; however, the excruciating pain continued while I was unable to move. It took the DEAN OF MEDICINE to actually ease the pain. I was put under the care of Dr. House who subjected me to unnecessary exams while he knew that there was a cockroach in my ear. I attempted to reach a legal settlement for the HORRIBLE treatment I received, but due to the fact that Dr. House didn't break any standard procedures and the Princeton Plainsboro legal staff is absolutely ruthless, I got nothing. I will never step foot in the PP hospital again. F*ck House.

:) Click to report rating *  6/6/09 3 3 5 Dr.House, Saved my life his bedside manner leaves something to be desired but the dr. is everything a DR. should be focused on his patient and finding out what is wrong.I had already been to 3 other Drs. and I was so frustrated. I thought I was going to die. Becuz of Dr. House I now have lots more yrs to spend with my grandchildren. God Bless himm!!!!!

:) Click to report rating *  6/4/09 5 2 2 Dr. House seems to have an invisible friend. That disturbs me. Perhaps it's related to the many pills he takes during consults. Furthermore, he discusses private issues in his soap-opera-like life in front of patients and everyone else. He diagnosed my uncle (who looks a lot like Karl Reiner) with pancreatic cancer, when it was actually chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction, which scared the S**T out of the old man...he almost had a stroke!! If he had, we'd all be rich. Can't complain myself, though. Despite his insanity, I was diagnosed with a curable tropical disease based on the fact that Dr. House noticed I winked at a candy-striper. I owe my life to that nutcase. Oh, and I have a major, throbbing crush on him.

:) Click to report rating *  5/16/09 5 2 4 Only sees you if you intrigue him but figures things out that no other doctor does. Didn't know he was so good at Nephrology and that was just what I needed! Pretty cool! ;) Extremely smart. Just not always on time. Depends how interesting your case is.

:) Click to report rating *  5/13/09 4 3 3 Would love to put up with his attitude just to get a good diagnosis! I'm tired of finding my own diagnoses online and having to tell my doctors what it is they need to test me for! I am right 90% of the time, but the doctors only listen after I've known them for a few years and they are exasperated by my body!

:) Click to report rating *  5/5/09 5 3 5 If I had House as my Doctor I wouldn't be here checking out yet another specialist to make sure he isn't going to make a rookie mistake. Besides, I like House, I would appreciate a doctor to finally tell me everything and tell me the truth about it. I need a doctor to tell me what to do and not let me get away with not doing it just because I get tired of fighting. And being easy on the eyes doesn't hurt either! So until I get sick enough to go to the east coast and meet the real House, the TV House will have to do.

:) Click to report rating *  5/1/09 5 2 4 In my lifetime, I have seen over 20 doctors, all of them diagnosing me with lupus..after moving to NJ last Winter, I visited PPTH after another supposed "flare up" resulting from lupus. Turns out the other doctors were wrong. It was Dr. Gregory House that finally gave me the correct diagnosis- hypochondrism. When I asked him how he knew that the 20 other doctors were wrong, he simply replied "It's Never Lupus".

:) Click to report rating *  4/29/09 4 1 5 Worst bedside manner due to being extremely arrogant, self-pitying, and self loathing. Very bitter and HATES actually talking to his patients because "everybbody lies". Commits felonies by directing staff to break into patients' houses for toxin and drug searches. Actually enjoys berating patients (expecially during his required clinic duty) as well as his own fellows. Constantly harrasses his boss and his fellows with **** and **** remarks. Thinks all patients are idiots. Even enjoys tormenting his own best friend most of the time. That all being said the man is brilliant and one of the best diagnosticians in the country. He also may be a bitter, lonely, self-loathing, bitter man, but he IS sexy as hell. In fact, I'd tolerate him in a heartbeat because what I need right now is a doctor who can actually figure out what is wrong with me. I'd put up with his crappy attitude as he's smart and easy on the eyes. Yummy.

:) Click to report rating *  4/8/09 4 1 4 Dr. House reminded me of my wife. Not because she's a skinny guy but because she has a bum leg too. I just wish he'd stop looking at her bum. However when my doctor sent me to him for talking to myself he successfully figured out that I was merely seeing multiples of everyone and couldn't figure out who was who. His diagnosis helped me be able to grab things the first time around. I can now tie my shoes in the morning before the sun sets. Under the arrogant exterior, second only to my own doctor, I found a great man who I could successfully argue great guitarists with...although he doesn't take losing well. But that could be a great thing when your life is the prize. Overall, if the doctors in Cuba can't save you then just camp out in this guy's office. He'll treat you eventually just to get rid of you. That or hire you.

:( Click to report rating *  3/29/09 1 1 1 Greg House is a doctor of great intelligence but he got my diagnosis wrong. He thought I was a paranoid schitizophanic when in fact and am Superman, the Man of Steel. Dr. House looked at me weird when I told him I can fly which was mean. I told Dr. House that he should stay "home" (get it?). He prescribed some medication but I wont take it because I know its Kryptonite!

:) Click to report rating *  3/27/09 5 5 5 Yes, he's obnoxious, self-centered, arrogant, and dismissive if he's challenged. However, bedside manner aside, if you needed a top-notch diagnostician to deal with your illness, who cares about his personality attributes. Getting cured is all I really care about! Having said that... I guess many of you haven't seen some of BC's top specialists these days have you? With some of them, you'd swear they're personality clones of Dr. Gregory House!

:( Click to report rating *  3/25/09 1 1 1 I knew Dr. Gregory House while he was still Dr. Gracey House. After his sex change operation, I think that his doctoring skills have deminished. As a woman Dr, he was more concerned about my large wort, the size of a grape, on my nose. Now he just says that it's not noticable.

:( Click to report rating *  3/23/09 1 1 1 He is one of the worst doctors I've ever seen! His medical knowledge may appear vast, but Dr. House in real life he would be an ineffective doctor because he is so dismissive, disrespectful and rude to his patients. Sure it looks good on TV to see how he cures everything, but that isn't reality. Thank God this is only a TV show. I usually love medical shows, but can't stand this show. I tried many times to watch it, but it always is an unpleasant experience. He treats his patients as if they are their for his amuzement. I sure hope there aren't any real doctors practicing that have his ethics and drug problem. What happened to the consept informed concent and self determination? It is a sad state of affairs if this is what people think is a good doctor. I have met a few excellent doctors that are the whole package... a good human being and a knowledable doctor. Now that is good medicine. Dr. House is everything that is wrong with doctors.

:) Click to report rating *  3/21/09 4 1 3 I went to the emergency room last year cause i broke my arm in p.e. class. After surgery i woke up with the worst stomach ache of my life. No one could figure it out so they called in House. The guys a total jerk and he made fun of me every two seconds for breaking my arm in pe. He ran a ton of tests on me. He thought I had and ulcer for the longest time, nope! 24 hours later he discovered i had a smoldering appendicitis by hitting me in the stomach with his cane! I just about killed that man. I had surgery and left the hospital the next day! Mean, untaken care of man but brillant, sexy doctor!

:) Click to report rating *  3/20/09 5 5 5 Dr. House maybe snide and rude but that is his charm. Not only that but he is a doctor that if you tell him he's a jerk he respects you for it. Although doctors never break into your house and search things whether they are interns or not. I sure wish there were more doctors like mine and like Dr. House around, instead of the dumb clucks that roll their eyes and make out that you are the idiot.

:) Click to report rating *  3/10/09 5 5 5 House is EXCELLENT, I would not recommend another physician. I don't know how anyone else feels about bedside manner but I really don't care as long as he knows his stuff. House is the only doctor that can save your life and then make you question if it was worth saving all in the same breathe. He's also not bad to look at though I would definitely prefer Foreman. House is a close 2nd.

:) Click to report rating *  3/9/09 4 2 3 If I could replace all five of my specialists with Dr. House, my problems would be solved - in their entirety!! His dry wit and sarcastic humor are not for everyone, but I love it. And while he has no bedside manner, he doesn't exactly need one, since his billiance and intelligence will diagnose me, treat me and get me on the right path. I hardly think he needs to come and hold me hand to fix me. I'll take his bedside manner (or lack thereof!) anytime as long as he's my doctor. Five stars all around!

:| Click to report rating *  3/8/09 1 1 1 Four years ago I was diagnosis with meralgia paresthetica and was told by a doctor (DR A.C. Billings Tulsa OK) it could not be treated, so four over 4 years 24/7 I have endure numbness on my left thigh and a pain and burning sensation. Due to the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve (LFCN) being pinch by the Anterior superior iliac spine. Dr. House would not have given up on me, and found out way's to help me with the pain and sleepless nights, either with pills, or other treatments like low laser therapy, or even surgery. I would have put up with he's rude ass comments, egotistic personality along with he's halfa male attitude, but he would have done he's job,, which is to help people.

:) Click to report rating *  3/8/09 4 2 4 Dr. Gregory House has no bedside manner, rude to his staff but when it comes down to it he is the best doctor around and if I had the chance to have him as my doctor I would. He has softened over the years and is becoming more likeable to his patience perhaps of his own drug dependency. If all the previous doctors I have had were like him I would not be going through every thing I am now. More doctors should be trained by him and also in the end have his intelligence and his dry sense of humor. If he ever wants to move I have the perfect place for him to work and change the hospitals and staff around.

:) Click to report rating *  3/6/09 5 5 5 A co-worker of mine was trying to quit smoking. After 8 years of using the nicorette gum ($50/100 pieces) he switched to sugarless gum. But it was CONSTANT gum chewing. Spit out one piece and put in another. He was a chain-gum-chewer. Then the diarrhea started. This went on for months. If he wasn't opening a new pack of gum, he was in the bathroom with the runs....Then one night on House, he saw that the sorbitol in sugarless gum can cause loose stools when consummed in huge quantities!!!! We all had a good laugh. He has now started to wean himself off the sugarless gum.

:) Click to report rating *  3/4/09 1 4 4 House is brilliant! After the much-repeated lumbar punctures, MRIs, CTs, 14 incorrect diagnoses (including the ever-present vasculitis), Cameron's amateur physchotherapy, Foreman's condescending crap, and Wilson's very very soft hands (you can do that test again, Doctor!), my problem was finally resolved. :) Click to report rating *  2/26/09 5 1 5 In a recent show, House diagnosed a patient who complained only of a cough as having lung cancer (supported by chest x-rays). My sister died in December of lung cancer. Her only complaint prior to the tumors metastasizing to her brain in October was a persistent cough. I sure wish she or someone in the family had seen that show when her cough started.

:) Click to report rating *  2/26/09 5 5 5 After YEARS, tears and suffering Dr. Gregory House was able to pin point my diagnosed. I have suffered for 10 yrs. I have bloating, constipation, swollen joints, a lip that looks like it was injected with collagen, spasms, headaches, mood swings, cramping, rashes, blisters, chest pain and numbness and tingling of my extremities, broken bones and extreme fatigue. Well after all those symptoms you are probably just as stumped as Doctor Foreman was. After a battery of tests from CT scans, MRI's blood work-I am officially diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Celiac's Disease. What insurance company will pick me up. I can just see REJECTED stamped across my forehead from here to eternity! I promised to share my lifetime supply of vicodin with Dr. House if he would take me to dinner. He agreed. I guess two cripples do make a right! I told him I used to be good to look at and now I'm just fun to watch. He lauged which made him even sexier! Dr. House is my hero.

:) Click to report rating *  2/24/09 2 1 4 I just came home from a two-week stay in the hospital. My initial complaint in the ER was pain in the inside elbow. Next thing I know I awake in intensive care with a tube in my nose, 5 IVs and a foley bag that Dr. House bumped with his cane. I developed this funny rash on the opposite elbow. Then I get a call from my husband wondering why two people in lab coats were trying to break in our house to look for anything suspicious. He tearfully let them take one our koi from the backyard pond for any clues to my illness. I fall asleep to the words,"this may sting a little bit." After I awake I see Dr. House looming over me inspecting the inside of my eyelids. With a big grin he looks at his staff and orders broad spectrum antibiotics, IVG, Interferon, steroids and Kool-aid (for himself). I ask through my grogginess, "What did you find?" Dr. House replied, "You have Koipondimylitis. You've been using too short a fish net to clean out your pond." And he left. And I got better.

:) Click to report rating *  2/22/09 3 1 5 I went into ER with lower back pain. After several tests it was decided I had a brain tumour. After surgery, chemo, more surgery, I was cured. 6 months later, I stubbed my toe and tore the nail off. When I was in ER getting my toe looked at, I fainted. When I woke up, House told me I had another brain tumour. 2 years later, fell off my bike and broke my arm. House ran more tests and discovered I didnt' fall off my bike because I swerved to miss a cat, it was because I had a brain tumour. After an MRI, lumbar puncture, leeches and a colonoscopy, my tumour was cured. 3 years later I was delivering flowers to a nurse and House realized I was doing it because I had a brain tumour. After 5 brain surgeries and numerous procedures, you can shine a flashlight in my left ear and it shines out of my right ear. If you stick it my mouth, light shines out of my eyeball like lazer beams. I hope I never get the flu, because I don't have enough brains left for another tumour.

:) Click to report rating *  2/16/09 4 3 4 Dr. House prescribes to the school of medicine that philosophizes that what won't kill you, will make you strong. He must have graduated summa****laude. He tests his patients to the limits. It is his staff, who administer doses of kindnesses. Armed with narcissistic smarts, barbarous jibes and a condescending attitude, Dr. House arrived at a brilliant diagnoses and he saved my life. Hopefully, I have been strong enough that I will never have to undergo such well-meaning inflictions again.

:) Click to report rating *  2/15/09 4 3 4 They say that staying in the hospital is stressful and that hospitals are the worst place for patients. It was certainly true for me. My husband took me to the emergency room, then I was admitted upstairs. The doctors said they knew something was wrong, but they promised to help me get better. I've always thought one doctor or maybe one and a specialist was enough, but I was being tended to by a team! First I was sent off for a CT scan for my abdomen and told my spleen had to be removed. Then I passed out one time, was sent for an MRI with contrast, started feeling hot, and passed out again. I woke up in my room after being comatose and found myself bald with a drainage tube. What did that have to do with my spleen? No one seemed to be certain. Dr. House seemed to be the head honcho. He was rude and offensive to the point that I wanted to smack him up the side of the head, but he usually stood on the other side of the room. I'm glad we have insurance though. Homelessness sucks!

:) Click to report rating *  2/11/09 2 1 2 He never came to speak with me, ie he never did a history. I had a whole bunch of tests that my insurance had to pay for and then, it seemed like out of the blue, he came up with my diagnosis. I keep thinking that if he had just taken a history from me in person, that he would have figured it out in less than 1/3 the time and at 1/10 the cost

:) Click to report rating *  2/5/09 5 3 2 First Dr. House said my chest x-ray showed pneumonia and gave me an antibiotic. Then I got a swollen red tongue and my entire mouth started burning. One of his staff told me the antibiotic caused a fungal infection and gave me an Rx to get rid of it. My 2nd xray showed a "shadow" where the pneumonia was supposed to be, so the staff ordered a 3rd xray. Oh yes, and I also developed a 3rd infection so am now on 2nd round of antibiotics, probiotics to offset those, meds to offset the 1st antibiotics, and 3rd xray was questionable so the staff sent me for a CTscan. Are you keeping up?! Meanwhile, House was nowhere to be found. I suspect he was in the nurse's lounge watching x-rated medical soaps on TV while playing with his Game Boy. But I'm sure he's making a list of my symptoms, and the TV doctors will suddenly say something triggering House's latent gray matter. He will likely tell me all the tests and meds were wrong,to go home, take 2 aspirin and don't call him! Dontcha just love him?

:) Click to report rating *  2/4/09 4 3 3 I love him/hate him. He's total doctor. no human elements applied here. This is fine because thats what sick people really need, someone to concentrate on curing them of a sickness no other doctor can, and leave the bedside manner to the associate doctors, and nurses. If I were really hopelessly ill, I'd want Dr. House.

:| Click to report rating *  2/1/09 3 2 2 First of all, this guy was late. Then he said I was obviously a hypochondriac. However, his staff noticed several symptoms I couldn't possibly make up, even subconsciously. After fifteen diagnoses and the removal of an equivalent number of vital organs, I was pronounced to have a terminal illness. Thank God I don't have to live with the pain of losing everything. Now, that's my family and the government's problem.

:) Click to report rating *  1/31/09 4 2 3 I wish he was for real. He reminds me of the first doctor I ever had. He was a rough old guy but great at what he did, God rest his soul. House is a prescription I take weekly and never miss a dose of it.

:) Click to report rating *  1/29/09 5 5 5 LOVE~ LOVE~ LOVE DR.HOUSE! I brought him a latte and made my goal getting into the heart of that big teddy bear. He knows his stuff and doesn't stop until he gets the answers. I knew I was in good hands and made it my job to be "his burst of sunshine on a cloudy day!"

:) Click to report rating *  1/28/09 5 2 5 I couldn't have an MRI because I have implants and that would have ripped my gums to shreds. So, I had the well-beloved lumbar puncture - which I think is just done for the enjoyment of the staff, not for any medical reason. That Cameron was a real pain in the neck with no sense of humour. When Dr. House FINALLY arrived and I looked into those gorgeous blue eyes, I was cured. Well, maybe no so much cured as smitten. Smitten can sometimes be just as beneficial. :) In my other life, doctors perform test after test after test and come up with no answers - and I'm not smitten with any of them. Time to go back to Dr. House. He'll be annoyed because you know how much he loves those MRIs but he's the only doctor whom I trust. My hubby actually believes that there is - out there, somewhere - a Canadian doctor, like House, who could diagnose what I have. Okay, you can all laugh, uproariously, now. Silly man.

:) Click to report rating *  1/21/09 5 5 5 Though the man is clearly a very intelligent and competant doctor, his attitude and bedside manner leave much to be desired. Fortunately, I had little direct interaction with Dr House, and instead dealt with his team who were very polite, especially that beautiful girl he calls "13" or whatever. It took a few different tests and procedures to narrow down my particular problem, but I walked out of there healthy and alive. Dr House's team was great, the doc himself though accused me of being a liar and an alcoholic repeatedly, and even went so far as to say I had to be an alcoholic otherwise I would have gotten laid more recently then a few months. Despite this however, I would recommend this Doctor in situations where no one else can seem to help, despite his attitude. Just, deal with him with caution and a thick skin.

:) Click to report rating *  1/19/09 5 1 5 So the guy acts like the biggest jerk in front of other people but behind closed doors he's the sweetest! We chatted about drapery and lattes before we got down to my unresolved problem: I had incredibly painful headaches that made me pass out and I'd forget things randomly. After ruling out hangovers and cancer, Greggy (he said I could call him that) found out that my skull needed to be reshaped! Then I remembered, out of nowhere, that when I was about 6 years old my cousin and I went on a family trip to D.C. and we'd a competition to see who could get her whole head through the White House metal bars first and I lost cuz my head got stuck so they had to bang it around a bit to get me out. So Greggy reshaped my skull with surgery and now I can remember everything!

:) Click to report rating *  1/19/09 5 3 4 Dr. House was wonderful! He walked into my room after yelling at his minions and took one look at me to diagnose me! Of course, he didn't tell anyone what I had until his team figured it out. He put me through dozens of painful tests but I got to flirt with the cute Oncologist and that lovely Aussie doctor. He finally diagnosed me with a bad cold and I got to go home. All in all it was a wonderful experience!

:)   *  1/13/09 4 3 4 He's a real obnoxious ass whenever any of his student Dr.s are around. Otherwise, he's not a bad chap at all. I don't understand his pill popping problem (saw that one fast repeatedly). His chronic pain problems are being treated with short term opiates, which are meant to be rescue meds. Unless he has an underlying health issue, NSAID's should be sufficient. Wait a sec, I'm not the Dr! There's no Pain Specialist in this fine teaching hospital?! Dr. House will be needing a liver transplant if he keeps popping the opaites. Although he always appears as though he's been on an all night bender, he's not hard on the eyes. Dr Wilson is even nicer eye candy but I'd need to have a malignancy for him to be my doc. Think I'll pass on that one!!

:) Click to report rating *  1/12/09 5 3 5 He may very weel be an ass with absolutely no bedside manner, but I do believe he is brilliant! I wish we had a Dr. House at McMaster Children's hospital! My son is a medical mystery and Dr. House would have a field day with all his quirky test results! I just want an answer. Good thing he doesn't use his English accent, he would sound too nice and proper, much better this way and being an ass suits him

:|   *  1/9/09 4 2 3 Dr House is a real ass with the sensitivity of a bull. He doesn't have a clue about anything medical because he's always guessing about what's wrong and has a bazillion wrong diagnoses before he accidentally stumbles across the right one, after spending needless $$ on useless tests. The Chief of Staff is really sexy and seems smitten with House for some reason, she must be a masochist. They say House really has an English accent but I didn't hear it myself.

:) Click to report rating *  1/7/09 3 3 5 I just wish that Dr. House was practicing in ALabama and that he knew something about UROLOGY...I bet he could fix my problems that others have caused or can't figgure out how to manage. I only hear good things about him and that he is "hot"-- I don't care if he looks like Quasimodo or the Creature from the Black Lagoon as long as he can fix my problem!

:)   *  1/7/09 5 4 4 I wish my doctor was Doctor Gregory House (besides he's sexier than ever!) The man might question things but at least he takes care of the problem. All you have to do is do something weird to yourself and bam he's there in a instant or at least when he's not pursuing Cutty or harrassing his staff.

:) Click to report rating *  1/7/09 5 5 5 Dr. House is great. I liked his manner, no shilly-shallying. He is incredibly intelligent and perceptive, admittedly not PC, but that humor is fine with me. I have met other physicians like him over time, but they are, sadly, rare in this humour and willingness to advocate for patients regardless of popularity. He is tough, no doubt, but, I would be his patient again in a heartbeat. He, as well, thinks geometrically in diagnostics. And, he made me laugh.

:) Click to report rating *  1/7/09 5 1 3 I was very worried when I almost died before every commercial break. His staff was always around though he only showed up to insult me. First I was told I had Guillian Barre syndrome then lupus. At one point they told me I was going to die. I was very impressed at the turn around time that the lab in the hospital has. After great turmoil I feel much better. Thanks Dr. House.

:) Click to report rating *  1/6/09 4 1 2 I went to his clinic to seek treatment for severe posterior neck pain. First, he took my MS-Contins, "upgrading" my pain prescription to something that suspiciously looked like M&Ms. When I returned two days later, complaining that the pain was spreading downward, he gave me a lumbar puncture, asking later if I was now suffering a headache. When I replied "Yes, how did you know and how is that significant?", he replied that he the LP enabled him to "predict" headache and now that I was suffering one, I'd need no longer worry about pain spreading downward! *I* predict, though, that he'll be worse with the next patient, considering that he's now quaffing back M&Ms, and my pain is easing with something called Vicodin.

:) Click to report rating *  1/5/09 5 5 5 Very rude, abrupt, seemed distracted and insulted me about my looks...wait a minute that's my other doctor. Dr. House was very nice and so thorough. He knew what I ate, my hobbies and the first names of all my friends--all that in the first two minutes. He even knew my previous diseases and ailments that I was diagnosed with years ago and I had already forgotten about. I was disappointed at first when I got Dr. House because I wanted the cute Aussie but I would recommend Dr. House to anyone!!!

:|   *  1/3/09 4 1 4 Initially diagnosed with PMS,I attempted to give a urine sample, the Drs realized i was a hetrosexual monogomous male patient. After An MRI they discovered I did not have Cancer, two blood transfusions and being placed on the Kidney Transplant List, I was roughly turned over by an irate Dr Cuddy where I released a brutal Cloud of gas. I sat up got dressed and have never heard or got a bill from this Hospital. My total time there [not counting commercials] was 48 minutes

:)   *  12/28/08 5 5 5 Well, it's official. I had died and gone to heaven and Dr. House brought me back to life by smacking me with his cane so that the burrito that had gotten lodged in my windpipe came flying out (straight into Dr. Cuddy's cleavage)while I sputtered for my breath. I was on my way to the light when I was told that Dr. House still had some unfinished business with me, so I had to turn around. Not sure why...the guy has got bad breath! So I am back, ungrateful as heck, but then so is Dr. House!

:) Click to report rating    12/22/08 3 3 4 Dr. House is a brilliant doctor who can find the cause of almost everything. However, he appears to be unable to find the Physio Department in the basement (usually where it is). If he did, perhaps he would use his cane in the proper hand thereby eliminating his limp.

:) Click to report rating    12/22/08 5 5 5 An amazingly good doctor. Tests were a little ridiculous and pushed my price right through the roof. However, whatever it takes to safe my life right! His staff are amazing.. Would highly recommend him to anyone that can afford it!

:( Click to report rating    12/22/08 2 2 1 Dr. House is not only late, but if you spend 5 minutes with him, it's a lot. You will spend more time with the residents than you will with him and, what's worse, is he intentionally put me into cardiac arrest to prove a theory. I had more lab tests done than anyone can possibly imagine and I think he's high most of the time! His attitude is horrific, though I occasionally find him amusing. If Dr. House comes limping your way, turn and run!

:| Click to report rating    12/22/08 3 1 1 On Time? I never saw the man. They told me I was his patient so I guess I was. The Doctors that work for him did all these test and told me I had three different terminal illnesses before telling me I had an infection from a splinter I had gotten years ago when I took shop in school. Turns out my body had covered it with something then that something broke from a fall and viola instant illness from something I'd had for years. I did see the man as he was gloating in the hallway after they removed splinter. Strangely the hospital doesn't seem to care about patient privacy as all walls are made of glass.

:) Click to report rating *  12/18/08 5 5 5 I recently performed a post mortem of Dr. House. I'm on my way to Oslo to receive my prize. I'm the first ME whose patient survived the entire procedure. The patient, whose reputation is impeccable, sometimes leaves his patients in need of body parts after he gets through with them. Unlike him, I didn't even place the body parts where I found them and yet...Dr. House survived. I'm taking him to Oslo for show and tell.

:) Click to report rating    12/17/08 4 2 5 This guy is a piece of work. I think he saw me as his entertainment rather than as a patient. I think I heard a slight British accent. While I was in the hospital, I dreamed his staff was in my house watching T.V and eating pizza. I was hoping to see more of Dr. Cuddy if you know what I mean. I think that's why I didn't die immediately; hope is a wonderful thing....so is Dr. Cuddy. Anyway getting back to House I love the way he beats-up people verbally. However when he did it to me I began to cry uncontrollably. I later found out he did it on purpose so the speck of dirt in my eye would come out normally vs needing surgery. The guy is a genius. Unfortunately his staff consists of a bunch of dufus's. They never seem to believe him and again and again he turns out to be correct. You'd think they'd finally trust and believe in him. How come the pharmacist never seems to be on the phone dealing with some insurance company or arguing over price with a patient. And where is the bag balm!!!!!

:) Click to report rating    12/17/08 4 2 4 His staff really care and they don't mind discussing my illness...or should I say guessing...right in front of me. I like hearing about their personal issues during my pain. Gets my mind off it. I must say I was a bit worried when they were supposed to do this one life-saving procedure but Dr. House came in, grabbed the instrument, and quickly jabbed it in my body (no pain killers)at the last second, saving my life. (He wasn't sure it would work but it did...whew) I'm scheduled to have him figure out it my toe is disease ridden or if I just broke it. Maybe he'll find its not really a toe but a huge growth that may kill me if not removed. Who knows but I Can't wait!

:| Click to report rating    12/17/08 3 1 3 Okay, what is up with this guy. First, he does this reversal of roles--tells me that he's diaphoretic, peripatetic, has swelling and edema, and insists he's got a third cranial nerve palsy. Oh, yes, he thinks that he has an auto-immune disorder. Tells me he thinks that he has scleroderma, but even though he's an ass, he doesn't have the telltale pinched rodent face. Likely, he has end-stage liver and renal failure from his vast pill-popping addiction and alcoholism. Finally, he pinched me. Not to worry, I exacted my retribution by running over his cane with my SUV, and then I gave him a Morphine drip until he went bye-bye.

:)   *  12/16/08 5 5 2 He was popping pills the whole time he was talking to me in the clinic. He wasn't very pleasant at all. He was very sarcastic, in fact. He did give me good medical advice, but I did speak to his supervisor, Dr. Lisa Cuddy about his inappropriate behavior. By the way, she was dressed in a very sexy manner--her blouse was cut down to there and her skirt was way too tight--how does she practice medicine like that????

:( Click to report rating    12/16/08 5 1 2 Are you kidding me? This guy went through five different diagnoses before diagnosing my illness, which is unfortunately terminal. His staff did most of the work, which isn't saying a lot for them either. The worst part is that I almost died several times before they figured out what was wrong! They finally conferred with Dr. Wilson (a real charmer, as well as efficient and knowledgeable), who correctly (and quickly) diagnosed my illness. I swear this House guy was just making stuff up to keep himself amused. He is kinda sexy, though.

:) Click to report rating    12/30/07 5 3 4 A Doctor great in knowledge, however slightly rude and abrupt. This Doctor does not sugar coat advice, nor does he always ask a patient permission before undertaking a proceedure. When explaining symptoms to Dr. House, he doesn't always seem to be paying attention, but in reality he is listening.

:) Click to report rating    12/18/07 2 1 5 Despite his personal hygiene, he has figured out that ties and lab coats are germ carriers. His staff and himself do all the tests and surgeries themselves. I asked if the Darling decision was overturned but never received a reply. I nearly died a few times but was cured when I left. Being PIP, I want to see them fight the insurance company for overutilization. My settlement was poop.
