I am not one to usually go online and write reviews about physicians. It takes a lot to provoke me to the point where I will. Dr. Vineyard's staff is absolutely intolerable. Every time I call, EVERY TIME, I am spoken to in a condescendingly rude and curt tone. Routine things such as making an appointment, or common occurrences that every doctor's office encounters on a daily basis, are seen as inconveniences to the staff or able to completely mystify them. It is painful. So much so, that I will not be going back to Dr. Vineyard. The doctor seems to be a kind and competent physician, but I am wondering what kind of office culture is creating a staff that seems to be so hostile towards its patients.

I began seeing Dr. V in 05. She is always late getting into the room-you have to be her 1st appt of the day or your entire day is waiting. She goes through nurses/office staff like no tomorrow. In January 2012, I tore my calf musc(3rd deg strain/tear)I went to UC who sent me for an MRI & ortho. About a month after I get a call from her nurse (at the time) stating that they had received an MRI & it was normal. I said that is funny, I have a major tear & I am currently in PT, so how the heck was it normal? Just this week, I developed a pain in my tailbone area. I went & had a CT of my low lumbar/sacrum. The nurse called & said nothing was wrong. If my pain cont they wld send me to a doc for a poss. abscess. I called the MRI place got a copy of my report that said, I plainly had osteoarthritis in the area of my pain, & my joints were degenerating. After speaking to a doc I work with, they told me that was the exact cause pain. So, I am searching for a new provider.

Don't waste your time or jeopardize your health by seeing this physician. She has sent bloodwork and later a biopsy to the wrong lab twice. Both times I've specifically ask if it was a lab that accepted my insurance and both times she assured me that it was; however, she was wrong both times and I have had to pay due to her mistake. She also gave me the wrong doseage of a medication to treat a skin fungus. I am now looking for a new doctor because I am so disatisfied with her and her staff.

She is a good doctor but if you dont agree with her or her staff even if she sends you to someone and you get into it with them that's it she will not be your doctor anymore no wonder why she is always accepting new patients and in the beginning she even prayed with us. If she is a christian why does she act this way.She even had charges that was wrong on my bill like she said i got a flu shot when it wasn't even a flu shot unless she messed up.

She has referred me to the right specialists for my daughters allergies and follows up with that, she is also monitoring a cyst I have on my ovary, I feel very well informed about my health.

NEVER go here!! ive only been twice and now i've HAD it with them and i am NEVER returning! the first time i went in for a meningitis shot as a college requirement. my insurance covered it but dr vineyard is trying to charge me for 196 dollar physical that i NEVER received. I've been playing phone tag calling multiple people because no one seems to know what to do. its been weeks of trying to get this taken care of. i just got a bill for my second visit saying I never paid my copay, yet I have the charge in my bank statement saying that I did. I see this being another phone call after phone call ordeal to try and get this straightened out. ALSO, both times I went I waited over an hour in the waiting room AND 45 minutes in the dr office!! near 2 hours for a 5 minute appointment! Im most mad though that they are claiming i owe 211 dollars for things i either NEVER recieved or ALREADY paid! I feel they are trying to take advantage of naive college students. NEVER go here!

I have been going to her for many years and she is the best doctor that I have ever seen. She listens, doesn't rush you, explains things, is concerned about how you are feeling and doesn't belittle you for any of your health problems. She has always treated me with dignity and has always been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond. Anytime that I have had to contact her after hours, she has ALWAYS returned the page, she is fantastic!
