I must say, Dr. Guanche has the most beautiful, clean office. Her staff is very professional and well put together. I was greeted the minute I walked in the door by the receptionist, and instantly felt welcome. The nurse walked me to the room, and offered to get me some water while I waited. Dr. Guanche greeted me in the room shortly thereafter, and listened patiently as I discussed the reason for my visit. She addressed all my concerns and didnt make me feel rushed, like Doctors generally do. She has the most delicate hand, and her precision with cosmetic fillers is extraordinary. I didnt even bruise! After my appointment, I walked up to the front desk, where the receptionist helped me set up my next appointment. She thanked me for coming in and wished me a wonderful week. I cant wait to come back! Thank you for taking such good care of me, Dr. Guanche and Staff! You are the best!

I have been to numerous dermatologists over the past 30 years and Dr. Guanche is by far the best I have been to. My skin has never looked better and she is highly skilled at skin biopsies (skin cancer checks) that leaves minimal scaring. I recommend her highly and without reservation. - Kelly Tobey, MSW, LCSW

I went to visit Dr Guanche and found her to be very pleasant and helpful. I waited some 5 minutes to be help by the receptionist.
On the way back to the exam room I had a few questions for the nurse who did not answer either one of them, I waited a few moments and repeated the questions again and her response was let me check on that for you, after sitting in the exam room for more than 10 minutes and still not getting my questions answered. I open the door looking for the nurse, she was down the hall sitting in front of a computer looking at something in the internet,cellular texting and talking with another nurse, and every other word out her mouth was cussing and swearing. I have never heard two woman talk so Vulgar in all my life.
When Dr Guanche finally got to the room I then ask my questions to her, which were promptly answered.Though I enjoy Dr Guanche. I would not return to her office again only because the Vulgar language and the rudeness of her staff.

Dr Guanche an excellent doctor who takes time with her patients. Very caring doctor.I never feel rushed, she listeng to all my question. She is very knowledgable doctor. Make me feel comfortable.

I went in for a cosmetic consultation. The office was well-decorated and clean. However - I had to wait a substantial amount of time in the waiting room. The receptionist was not especially friendly. However, she was friendly compared to Dr. Guanche. Dr. Guanche looked at me for 2 seconds and recommneded that I have a laser treatment to lessen lines and some filler injections. She was not sensitive at all - very blase about my situation. Not professional at all. I was very discouraged when I left her office.

Very upscale office with amenities that match or exceed the most exclusive dermatologists'. Dr. Guanche has treated me twice. Once was a minor surgery, then again for embarrassing rash. I'm 6'2, 220lbs. When I entered the office I felt like I was waiting at a resort spa. If this intimidates you, don't worry the staff is friendly and accomodating. Just like her office, Guanche is attractive yet down to earth. Discreet and comforting, Guanche makes you feel like family. BellaSkin has to be one of LA's best kept secrets.

Dr. Guanche is a very friendly, knowledgeable practitoner. She makes you feel very comfortable and is an artist when it comes to her work. Shes a great cosmetic and general dermatologist. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Over the years, I've been to a number of dermatologists and have had the normal good and bad experiences. However, my experience at Bella Skin Institute has been more than noteworthy. Everyone from a kind and efficient receptionist to the wonderful Dr.Guanche, who spent her time and patience with me; to explain and treat my condition. I would recommend this doctor and her staff to anyone and everyone. Bill Guinn

My appointments with Dr. Guanche have been rewarding and informative! I had always been apprehensive of treatments that involve needles. However, when I finally decided to take the plunge and I decided to have Dr. Guanche inject me with botox, I was very impressed that she knew exactly where to inject me and that it was not painful. And before injecting me, Dr. Guanche took the time to go over all the information relating to botox. Dr. Guanche also discussed my expectations of the treatment. I felt I was fully informed before she gave me the injections. In addition, Dr. Guanche was conservative with her treatment. I am very happy with my results. In addition, Dr. Guanche also treated me for spider veins on my legs. Again, Dr. Guanche fully explained the sclerotherapy procedure and discussed my expectations. Dr. Guanche has a very friendly demeanor. Dr. Guanche's staff is very accomodating and I always feel very welcome at the office. I look forward to many more visits!

Went in for a free sun cancer screening. Check in was seamless but was surprised at how little she interacted with me. Felt uncomfortable as she exchanged inside jokes with the nurse practitioner that was shadowing her, which made me feel like I didn't exist. She spoke to the nurse and mentioned to her "I signed up to volunteer for this." I don't know if she realized how small this made me feel. I wonder if she would have treated me differently if she knew she'd get insurance money or cash from my visit. Just as quickly as she came in, she was out just as fast. Too bad considering I had read these glowing reviews and had high hopes for my office visit with her. Would really have liked to discuss products that she would recommend and as well as procedures I would benefit from.

Dr. Guanche and her staff were very helpful to me when I went in for a Fraxel treatment. Dr. Guanche not only knows her stuff but has a great demeanor that puts you at ease right away. She is very down to earth and is up on all of the latest technology and techniques so you can feel comfortable that you are in good hands regardless of the procedure you choose. My results have been just what I expected and I am very happy with the outcome. I would definitely choose go back to Dr. Guanche for future procedures, and wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends and family to her (which I have done already).

Dr. Anna has taken care of our whole family that includes chemical peels, scar removal, botox, juvederm, collegen and skin cancer removal. Excellent eye for detail, painless injections and I would recommend her to anyone which I have done several times. We love her.

Dr. Guanche is a combination of the most highly skilled doctor with state of the art treatments, with compassion and vision. I look younger than I did 4 years ago, before I was her patient. Because she is a woman, she knows women's faces. She does not do the exaggerated procedures many dermatologists do (too much) and as a result, we look natural, healthy and I must say...young! Her expertise in dermatology (besides the beauty aspect) is excellent as well. I recently got a cut on my forehead and she already made it look 100% better. I highly recommend Dr Guanche.

Dr Guanche is professional, courteous, reasonable and most importantly... creatively artistic. I appreciate that she doesn't encourage unncessary procedures. She also sees my kids for their derm needs and they like and feel comfortable with her. I highly recommend her... A++

Dr. Guanche and her staff are the best. They are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Guanche has all the latest lasers and cosmetic procedures. She recommended the Fraxel Laser for my acne scarring and pigmentation, and let me tell you that was the best thing I every did for myself. The Fraxel laser made my skin so smooth, you can't even tell I had acne scarring or pigmentation. I recommened her to everyone.

Dr. Guanche is an outstanding physician. She loves her work and really listens to her patients. She makes everyone feel special. Her procedures are painless and is very talented in achieving the "natural" look. I refer all of my friends to her and they are as happy with the quality of care that they receive as I am. She treats each patient as if they are of the utmost importance. She listens and asks many questions. She offers different remedies, and is extremely professional. I always feel very well taken care of at her office, and I recommend her to everyone.

The staff always offer warm greetings and show genuine interest. The wait is never long. The environment is relaxing & Anna's approach is energetic, interested, intuitive, and warm. My family sees Anna as well, which includes my mother whom Anna has a client relationship with as well. We both speak highly of Anna because she's a gift for a dermatologist!

I went to her to treat blackheads and whiteheads problems on my face. I told her a range of medications I was on before and that I had become resistant to them after awhile. I was hoping that she would prescribe me a medication which is more suited for my conditions, instead she said that my acne doesn't look that bad and question my reason for visit. She didn't even look at my face up close to inspect the problem. When I mentioned my acne scars, her suggested solution was Fraxel laser ($1250/treatment X 4-5). What happened to TCA peeling?! At the end, she suggested that I see the aesthetician for facials and sold me a face wash for $50! She may be good at cosmetic procedures or just to look at, but I will be looking for a new dermatologist for my blackheads/whiteheads.

I travel from the Midwest to see Dr. Guanche. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my skin, especially for cosmetic procedures. She has an artist's eye for what's natural, as well as what suits my personality. It's evident that Dr. Guanche loves her work, keeps up on the latest research and training, and has a deep commitment to helping people. I not only look more beautiful when I leave her office, I feel more beautiful.

As soon as you walk in you feel good. The atmosphere is so calming and professional. The decor completely makes you feel at home. The staff is very helpful and Dr. Guanche is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about her field that you know that you are in good hands! I already have several other appointments scheduled! I can't wait to go back:)

Dr. Guanche has taken years off of the look of my face and neck with her expertise, keen eye and state of the art treatments. Her Thermage treatments firmed up my skin and made such a big difference in my jawline, eyelids and neck. The Juvederm she did has lasted a long time and is very pretty. For the non-cosmetic appts, she is also very caring about doing 'mole checks', etc, and the best at handling the patient with an upbeat attitude!

If you are lucky enough to live in the LA area, go to Dr. Guanche, who was superb in using Botox, Restyln and Fraxel to make me look (naturally) a decade younger than my 45 years. She is better than others I've tried from Bev. Hills to Park Avenue--and a delight!
