9/6/12 | 2 | 1 | 5 | 5 | Dr Schifter was a very good doctor. I was very pleased, even though I had about a 3 hour wait to see him. The problem is with his staff and the billing office. No one seems to know what they are doing and they can't seem to file the claims right. They have no record of payments and are rude if you call to discuss this. I may switch doctor just because of the problems I am having with the billing. I hate to do this because Dr Schifter is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. | Respond |

10/7/09 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 5 | Dr. Schifter is an excellent doctor. He diagnosed my illness after I had seen 4 other doctors who just kept running tests as I got sicker. He looked at my test results and instantly made a diagnosis and possibly saved my life. He will take the time to answer any and all questions and if there is a problem, he will solve it. His staff is also pleasant, helpful and very professional. | Respond |

There is usually a pretty long wait, but it is worth waiting to see a good doctor. He and his staff are pleasant, professional, and thorough. Explains things fully and clearly, and makes the patient feel comfortable and confident about asking questions etc.

Excellent doctor! He is both my cardiologist AND my internist -- great on both fronts. Very kind and caring attitude. If there is a wait, it is well worth it (when you are inside, he does not rush you,,,will answer all your questions, etc.) Best doctor I ever had.

A nice man who is very easy to talk to. Very knowledgable about his specialty. Great with family members. He's very calm. Generally there is a long office wait but if you bring a book the time goes fast and he is worth the wait.
