:) Click to report rating    1/5/10 4 5 5 Dr. Earl removed a growth in my neck (scar tissue from past surgery) with such expertise that I literally had zero swelling at the incision site following the surgery. She is a very talented young surgeon. I highly recommend.

:) Click to report rating    12/7/09 5 5 5 I've seen her twice now for routine hearing exams. She is very pleasant and professional. I had virtually no wait time in the waiting room and only a few minutes between the audiologist and Dr. Earl.

:) Click to report rating    7/27/09 4 4 5 Dr. Earl is always very pleasant and talks to you as intelligent individual who is capable of processing medical information pertaining to your condition (or your family's). As a mother with more than one child as her patient, I would definitely recommend her (and already do) to others.

:) Click to report rating    12/18/08 3 4 5 Dr. Earl performed surgery on our son's (3yr) to remove large tonsils and adenoids. I am a generally sceptical person and was exremely happy with both her and her team. She even arranged a overnight stay in the hospital just to be on the safe side after surgery. I would definitively recommend Dr. Earl.

:) Click to report rating    11/4/08 5 4 5 Dr. Earl is a great ENT. She has been treating me since Aug and has tried many different treatments to see which one will work the best. She is doing everything she can to prevent me from needing surgery. I highly recommend her.

:) Click to report rating    6/13/08 5 3 5 I actually have BCBChoice. Dr Earl was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will keep her as my ENT. She was overbooked and about 30min behind schedule but I kind of expected that since Dr's are always late. She made a great impression

:) Click to report rating    6/1/08 5 5 5 sorry you had such an experience. I went to see her and found her to be extremely thorough with an excellent bedside mannerism. In fact, I was referred to her by a friend who had seen her also and was very happy with their experience. I think that it is unfortunate that forums like this allow for complaints which can be frivolous and defame excellent doctors.

:( Click to report rating    4/16/07 4 1 Came into the office with a fever, tonsils tender, neck tender where tonsils sit and tonsils had been coated with 'gunk' for a week. Dr. Earl told me that it was not an infection, check online for tonsil stones information. Tonsil stones don't make you sick they are annoying-I know I have had them for decades. She took no culture and wrote no prescription and gave no valid reason why. She was paid by BCBS because I made an appt. and I have been dealing with her office for my co-pay refund since she referred me to the internet...I am no closer to the refund and her nor her office will return calls or follow-up with my concern of her lack of medical judgement. Be very careful with this one. If she had a bad day, this would be resolved. She has set a precedent on how she assists her patients--she doesn't.
