:) Click to report rating    11/30/07 4 5 4 4  Last couple of months I lost confidence as her mind seemed to be elsewhere. Look in the news and you will see perhaps why this was the case and why she is no longer available. I also went to have a prescription renewed and was left "high and dry".

:) Click to report rating    10/25/07 5 4 3 4  I went to get a prescription refilled at the Pharmacy and could not get it done as I was told there was something wrong with the Doctor. She basically disappeared from practice and I had a very difficult time getting a hold of my medical records.
