Dr. Effimoff is always very responsive and helpful. I have heard some bad stories about Kaiser but Dr. Effimoff is excellent.

Dr Effimoff makes herself available via email most of the time - very convenient since Kaiser appts can take up to one-month out. She's more thorough than most Docs and actually takes the time to listen to your problems.
