Very thorough and considerate. Dr. Fletcher took the time to walk me through my diagnostic tests. I walked out of the office understanding my diagnosis. Wonderful experience.

Dr Fletcher is a excellent surgeon and doctor. He rebuilt my left shoulder in 2008 and it is doing well. My right shoulder was just rebuilt by a different surgeon and this time, my results of the second surgery is awful. I don't know if the damage can be undone.
