Dr. Lam did an emergency root canal for me the day I contacted the office. I was in tremendous pain, could not eat properly and the pain was continuous. Her staff were as amazing as she. Dr. Lam was extremely effective, compassionate and conveyed to me information about my particular situation that no one had before. She and her staff worked into the early evening to help me. I was made to be as comfortable as possible and consequently left feeling that I had been treated well and with terrific competence.

I cannot recommend Dr. Elaine Lam enough. As someone who tends to feel anxious about dental visits, I can't praise her and her team enough for creating an environment where I felt completely at ease. She appears very highly skilled and has a meticulous approach yet is also patient, gentle, and understanding. A very rare combination. I was specifically interested in the gentle wave technology, which led me to find Dr. Lam in the first place. From start to finish, I felt comfortable and felt like I was in capable hands. My procedure was painless, and my recovery has been smooth. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. As with other patients leaving reviews, Dr. Lam followed up with me twice after my procedure herself to see how I was doing. Previous year I got a devastating pain in my tooth which already had a crown on it. At the same time I noticed that I am pregnant so I could not take any painkiller other than regular Tylenol while it was not enough for such pain. I found Dr. Lam from here and called her office. The staff asked me to ask my dentist to send a referral and my dentist sent it quickly. Then I got an appointment there and fortunately one appointment was cancelled and I did the root surgery in the first visit!! Dr. Lam is amazing and she was really professional and kind. Two days ago I visited her again with my baby (!!) as a follow up to my previous year surgery. Everything was perfect! Thanks so much, Dr. Lam.

Dr. Lam (and team) is amazing! My front tooth needed a root canal due to a sports injury 8 years ago and it was very discoloured . This was my first root canal and I was very terrified of the procedure. Dr.Lam helped me through every step and even whitened my tooth absolutely perfectly by putting internal bleaching in it The whole process was painless and Dr.Lam was so comforting at all times.
