4/15/11 | 2 | 2 | 1 | 1 | During our first visit (and this is the last) he did what he showed as a routine check but it was clearly very unprofessional; believe me we are as parents never forget what he did and nor that we will never forgive him, we are preparing a complete report and we will send it to police soon. | Respond |

2/1/11 | 3 | 5 | 5 | 5 | Every time I leave Dr. Ramadan's office with my kids, I think to myself how lucky we are to have him as our pediatrician. Dr. Ramadan is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and thorough. I trust his opinion and skills 110%. He is not quick to prescribe medication (but does when necessary) and offers alternative treatments (for example, most recently: over the counter ear drops for an ear ache and buckwheat honey for a nagging cough). My kids like him (I'm sure the lollipops seal the deal). I love the fact that he offers walk in clinic times every day so even if you can't get an appointment you can still see him. I would recommend Dr. Ramadan to anyone and I'm even sad to think of the day when my kids are too old for a pediatrician and we have to find a new doctor (even though that is years away!) | Respond |

10/21/10 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | Dr. Ramadan is the best! He is so sweet with my son and clearly knows his stuff. I trust him completely and drive an hour and a half to see him. Also, I never wait more than 5 minutes. He is very dedicated to his practice. He has years of experience and is also up to dat on the newest research. What more could you want? | Respond |

10/20/10 | 1 | 3 | 1 | 2 | Dr. Ramadan has had both of my children since they were first born, until recently. There have been a few occasions where we he would talk down to me in a manner which was very unprofessional. His bedside manner is horrible and his staff is even worse. My daughter’s health card is expired, the new one is in the mail however unlike an adults we do not receive a temporary paper to show that we in fact have coverage. After 4 years, they denied my daughter care unless we paid them money. "THIS IS UNCALLED FOR" !!! There is a phone number that the doctor’s office can call to find out whether a health card is up to date/current. The lady at the front desk has always been extremely rude with no personality. I will NOT bring my children back to this doctor. The last straw? Taking my son to see him due to severe ear pain, there was a red pimple like formation. "I'm sorry there is nothing there, your son is exaggerating" Next day a quarter sized cyst burst in his ear. | Respond |

2/1/10 | 4 | 5 | 5 | 5 | Dr. Ramadan took my daughter on at birth. He has been extremely helpful, quick to reassure us when there is not a problem but also cautious and thorough. Diagnosed and treated a bad diaper rash, eczema and eye infection appropriately by the time my daughter was 4 months old. I am a nurse and have spent a lot of time with a lot of doctors. Dr. Ramadan's bedside manner is good and my daughter likes him which is very important to me! | Respond |

1/23/10 | 4 | 5 | 5 | 5 | MY 14 month old daughter was really sick, lethargic, not drinking, not eating had lost 4 pounds, and very misserable. After two trips to emerg and countless calls to telehealth, only to be told my daughter needs puffers, we took her to Dr. Ramadan. After looking at her he diagonsed her with bronchitis and an ear infection. He prescribed antibiotics and within 24 hours she was eating and drinking again. He will be her doctor for as long as we live in the London area. | Respond |

12/2/09 | 3 | 3 | 5 | 5 | Someone recommended me Dr.Ramadan once, and I should give a tried, since her other daughter was far from where I live. The first appointment I wasn;t very please with him, because I think he was very fast, but, after my daughter got a bad cold that turn out a pneumonia- after I spent 4 hours at the childrens hospital, and that suppose "Dr" at the hospital, didn't find out my daughter had pneumonia, even after I asked her to do X-RAY, she said "I heard her chest, and she is clean. We come back home, and my daughter no sign to improvement, she was getting worse. I decided to call Dr.Ramandan I make appointment, they were really prompt to help me and made the appointment, even they were full, instead saying "go to the emergency".It didn't take a second to Dr.Ramadan to diagnostic my daughter had pneumonia. He gave her antbiotics even before the results from the x-ray.He has my respects. Doesn't need a nice offices and cooks, needs action and fast, and that is what he does. Now I understand. | Respond |

9/16/09 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | Dr. Ramadan is a great doctor!!! I think the longest we have ever waited for a visit was 5 minutes, his nurses are wonderful, and he has proper bedside manners!!! Anyone who has given a poor evaluation of this doctor must be ignorant of other issues and probably completely misread interactions (whatever those could possibly be). I am expecting my second child and can not wait to take him/her there too!! | Respond |

7/16/09 | 3 | 4 | 4 | 4 | Dr Ramadan has been my daughter's dr since she was 2 weeks old. He got us through a rough first year and a half of reflux and some eczema. He may seem to be a little quick to dismiss your concerns, but I think that's just his way of reassuring you that it's nothing too bad. Whenever we go, whether itthere's an issue or just a routine appointment, my daughter gets a full check-up. I couldn't say she likes him, but she's not too fond of shots, so I don't think it really matters to her who administers them :-) But she'll gladly accept the little juice box she gets from him :-) | Respond |

6/8/09 | 2 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I have a difficult time believing that he would do such a thing. Dr. Ramadan is an amazing doctor and the only time our children flinch is when the needles come out. I would hope if anyone would treat your children in a unappropriated way that you would contact the police prior to rating. | Respond |

5/27/09 | 1 | 2 | 1 | 1 | One of the worst doctor I have ever seen, I even can not believe if he is really a doctor. He treated our 3 months baby in a very inappropriate way that I even can not mention what he did in-pubic! but I will let you know if you are really interested and I am sure you will never see him again. My IP addresses are logged and I understand that I am responsible of what I have just said and willing to cooperate with authorities in any way. | Respond |

5/4/09 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 4 | Dr. Ramadan is a fantastic pediatrician. My son loves him and actually wants to go to the doctor! Dr. Ramadan is very friendly, answers all your questions and explains things very well, gives the kids stickers and treats, usually on time for appointments, good bedside manner, doesn't prescribe medication unless necessary...overall a great doctor, highly recommended! | Respond |

4/28/09 | 4 | 5 | 5 | 5 | Dr. Ramadan is a great doctor. I can't imagine anyone having a poor experience with him. All our appointments are on time and quick. He answers all my questions and never makes me feel like I have anything less than 100% of his attention. He has been wonderful with my children for the last two years. I would highly recommend him. His walk in peadiatric walk in clinic is fast and efficient as well. | Respond |

3/16/09 | 4 | 5 | 5 | 5 | What a FANTASTIC doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, and is constantly warning us of what to lookout for in the next little while when it comes to any of my 3 children. He is just the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of taking my kids to. | Respond |

1/20/09 | 3 | 3 | 1 | 1 | We had Dr. Ramadan for only 10 months with our first baby. We found him to be harsh with my son and lacking in bedside manner. The eczema my son had was nearly ignored until further appointments. He would give numerous first year shots that were not necessary. We were so disappointed that we soon found one of the best pediatricians in Windsor willing to take us on as a patient. Thank God! | Respond |

12/12/07 | 3 | 5 | 5 | 5 | When we moved to London we were unable to find a family physician so I was relieved to have the kids taken on by Dr. Ramadan. He is a very pleasant man and very patient and has always taken the time to answer any questions I have had. Initially I had intended that if we were able to find a family physician I would transfer the childrens' care, but Dr. Ramadan is so great I no longer have plans to do that. | Respond |
