This is the worst office I have ever been to. The staff has no idea what is going on. I have been placed on hold by some English lady everytime I called and when she did pick up she was so rude to me. I went in for a checkup since I go in PA every six months I am aware of anything going on. I thought since I was in Orlando I would go to Starbase to get my cleaning. This doctor must be in need of money. He wants to charge me 2500.00 for a crown. Because I have no insurance. The crown he wants to replace was put in October 2008 by my regular dentist.That is only 5 months ago. I returned to my regular dentist since this visit an he told me that is Dr Sirivolu's way of making easy money, doing unnecessary work. Stay away from this guy. He will overcharge.He is a great talker, should be selling used cars in a chevy dealership.

I really admire this office. Great Staff, great doctor and wonderful atmosphere. Makes you feel outta world. Would definitley refer all my friends and family to this unique office. Me and my kids had great experience being treated with so much care and had undivided attention by the doctor. Believe it or not it NEVER hurt during the entire procedure. I love it.

The great rating I gave is for the lady that does my cleanings and the girl running his office all by herself. As much as I paid for my first visit shocked me. The office manager is the only person working in the front office, I think that is her title, but she seems to do well all alone but with what I paid I think that office should have better staffing. I felt like I was in an office for the poor. Some woman was at the front who did not know anything and she took forever to have me taken to the doctor to get my xrays.She had to ask how to do everything. Now as for the doctor, he is a joke. He is INDIA all the way. He tried to tell me I needed 24 thousand in dental work but little does he know I went to a dentist the week before and was given a clean bill of health. Seems kind of funny to me. My friend went there and the same thing happened . STAY AWAY he is a crook. He is greedy. When I said I did not want to do all that he stopped talking to me.

I Have had extensive work done in England and spent lots of money to fix my bad teeth. The quality of work was not to the extent done in US in few "Quality" driven offices in Metal Free Ceramics and same day Dental Implants. After my consulation with Dr.Sirivolu in Starbase Dental,Orlando, I was fully convinced it was time for me to replace my Old silver fillings and metal crown- bridges contributing towards my gum disease. Thanks to Dr.Sirivolu and his wonderful staff who spent such quality time and explaning things to me so clearly, I decided to move forward with the treatment. The office is COOL and patient friendly, it made me feel very comfortable. Dr.Sirivolu has very gentle hands and his dentistry is par excellence especially his chairside manners. I would strongly recommend the office to everyone who looks for "QUALITY DENTAL WORK". Jim H.

I love the office and the cool atmosphere. It makes you feel out of the world. The service is great and my family LOVES IT. Getting early morning appointments is great for us. I would stron gly recommend the place to all my friends and family.

Don't go to this dentist. He thinks he's in India and messes up peoples mouths. I went in to get a cavity filled and all of a sudden i neede over 10 thosand dollars of work done. Yeah right. I think i upset him because when i told him i only wanted the filling done a few days later i neede a root canal and now ironically i need a crown. Makes you wonder huh? The staff is great especially Dee. The sad part is she seems to know more than he does in Dentistry. The assistant Renata is great and i love the office manager Daisy. But as much as i love them i can't go to a money hungry dr that does not do good work.

I love Starbase Dental. I wouldn't go anywhere else.The front desk girl and the office manager are very knowledgeable and professional in their field. Dee my Hygienst is the best, she knows her stuff. She is the reason I go to Starbase Dental.I tell all my friends and family to go there. The doctor is good too. I did not have any cavities but he did my check up.

I went in for a cleaning and exam with the hygienist. A treatment plan was discussed with me. The doctor stated that I needed 4 one surface composite fillings. I asked the necessary questions regarding my treatment and totally understood what the doctor was saying to me. The next time I arrived everything about my treatment had changed. My one surface composite fillings turned into a 4-surface porcelain fillings, which costed me HUGE money verses what I was orginally quoted. Now I have four HUGE holes on my four teeth and was left with no option but to go with these porcelain fillings. Now I am currently experiencing extreme cold sensitivity and its hard to close my mouth. I have been back for MANY follow-up appointments but to no avail. I will NOT be returning to this office nor would I ever recommend Starbase Dental again. Its a darn shame because the office is kind of cool to look at and for the most part the staff was pleasant to deal with.

This is an office you definitely have to experience! I have been a patient of Starbase dental for about 6 years now. Originally was seen by Dr. B. I took a break for about 2 years but am glad i returned. The staff is excellent even better than before. The front desk girls are awesome. I was taken back on time and the assistant was great. The Dr. was ok. After my exam i was taken to the office manager and she was the icing on the cake. She thouroughly explained what i needed and my financial options.Now i can't wait to come back and by the time i left i felt like i was part of the family. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I've been to about 6 different dentists and have always felt like some kind of faceless robot to be fixed and sent away as quickly as possible, usually after waiting interminably to be seen. Everything changed at Starbase Dental under "Captain" Sirivolu. I was admitted within 5 minutes and was treated warmly by everyone on the staff. More importantly, every part of my checkup and treatment was explained clearly and I felt like I was part of the process. They used all the latest technology (digital photos of my teeth, and nice software to show me potential troubles). The interior decor with the Sci-Fi motif was a nice change from the cold, sterile environments of the past, and the movie on the ceiling helped make the entire experience go quickly and painlessly. Starbase Dental has my highest recommendation.

My family and I became patients of Dr. Sirivolu this year and are extremely pleased with his knowledge and excellent dental skills. His staff is competent, gentle and very concerned about your comfort during procedures. The office's Sci-fi decor is fun but the important fact is their ability to give excellent dental service. They are proactive and have the newest digital x-ray machines to reduce radiation exposure and assure the best view of your teeth. Highly recommended.

I have had my extensive dental work done here more than a year ago. Dr.Sirivolu and his hygienist Dee, both are very good and are very gentle and thorough in their work with excellent chairside manners. When I broke a tooth recently biting into a pitted olive, I was in lot of pain. Dr. Sirivolu replaced my broken tooth with a new porcleain crown at no charge. Dr.Sirivolu has not charged me anything the fact that I have kept my regular cleanings and exams at the office. If you are motivated for good dental work and want good service, there is no doubt Starbase Dental is the place to be for your family dental needs.

I am a Software Engineer by profession living in Tampa, Florida. Due to my previous bad dental experiences, I had put off seeing a dentist for several years. Having heard so many nice things about Starbase Dental and Dr.Sirivolu's painless dentistry, I made an appointment to see him for a consultation. My First impression as I walked in to the office was indelible mainly due to the decor. The front desk girl greeted me well and explained about the policies clearly and the tour I had of the office by Assistant made me very comfortable. When Dr. Sirivolu did my full mouth exam, he reviewed in depth not only my dental problems, but, reviewed my medical history which prompted me to make an follow-up appoinment with my MD. Dr. Sirivolu was very thorough and explained clearly. I went back again driving over an hour which is worth it to take care of my dental work. I am happy for making a right CHOICE to take care of my gums and teeth.

After several reschedulings i was able to get to the dental office one fine day. The staff did i see before were no where to be found and everybody seemed to be in a confused state. At checkout time i was charged more than what i used to pay for previous Dr. Seems to me that this Dental office is very expensive.

When you enter Starbase Dental, you literally enter another world. The atmosphere kept my mind off of my upcoming dental work. The front office staff was very friendly. They made a great first impression. My hygenist was friendly, knowledgeable and great with kids. I liked here instantly. The dentist was just as friendly and knowledgeable. He was genuinely concerned about my health. He also explained my treatment clearly. At the end of my visit, my discussion with the office manager went VERY smoothly. The office manager was infomative and personable. It seems like the employees really enjoy their jobs. They make a great team!

I have been referred to STARBASE DENTAL by one of my collegaues who has been a patient of the office for last several years. My first impression as soon as I walked into the office was "Excellent". It's DIFFERENT, with lots of Sci-fi charecters, several Star Wars collection, besides very clean. The decor was simply superb. The customer service was really great, the front desk person was very knowledgebale, greeted me as soon as I walked in, she had the paperwork ready for me. Within ten minutes, I saw the doctor who was very kind and professional. He is called Captain S, like Capt Kirk, although he needs to be slim like Capt Kirk. He explained the procedures well and I am very happy with my first visit to the office. The financial person who checked me out was very stubborn adn straight forward, I particularly didnt like her vey much, but, their hygienist was good. They have good team environment that makes the patients very comfortable and relaxed. Check out STARBASE DENTAL.

I needed to see a dentist for a tooth ache. I called this office that was reccomended to me. First of all, the lady on the phone could hardly speak english. I arrived on time and sat there almost an hour before given paperwork to fill out. The front desk seemed to be in caotic state, no one knowing what the other was doing. The nurse in the back was impressive, took an xray and called the doctor in. Not only was this gut scary looking I could not understand him. He did speak english but talked in such a way I couldn't understand what I needed to fix my problem. I am thankful that I went to another dentist who explained what I needed and fixed the problem. To the person who reccomended this office to me dosen't go there anymore.She said she went there for her regular checkup and there was a new doctor and staff. I'm pleased to say she is now GOING TO MY dentist.

Starbase Dental is the Best. I have noticed since the time of taking an appointment the staff is extremely customer friendly and was able schedule at my convinenace. Dr. Sirivolu is is the Best doctor. I have had the teeth fillings and i have to tell that i have had no pain, I have scheduled for teeth cleaning as well. I would definetly recommend my friends and Family to Starbase dental.

I have had the most wonderful dental experience so far. This was the first time I had a crown done for my upper tooth. I was very anxious and nervous about getting the work. The staff was very helpful and Dr. Sirivolu explained the procedure and helped me get through the whole procedure with no pain and in less than two weeks I had my cap put on and it looks so natural, my friends can hardly make it out. It was a pleasant experience wanna thank Dr. Sirivolu and his assistant who was very kind to me. Thank you STARBASE DENTAL. Kim

I was very disappointed with the timing and quality of service. When one of my crowns fell off over the weekend, there was no answering service to contact the dentist so I had to wait until the following Monday afternoon in pain. On top of that, a crown procedure normally takes 2-3 weeks start to finish and unfortuately after 7 weeks I went to another dentist to have the work completed. I have requested my money back for the work which was not completed by Dr. Sirivolu and as of today I have not received anything and I am currently out-of-pocket to the dentist who is completing the work too. I will never return to Dr. Sirivolu and not recommend him to my family or friends.

I have been referred to Starbase Dental by my Co-workers. I like the fact that they are having early morning appointments and offer Invisalign, Clear braces. Dr. Sirivolu has always been professional, helpful and alleviated my teeth problems. I find his bedside manner encouraging and his knowledge vast. From the moment I walked into this practice I was asked to sign a financial policy and other agreement that made me suspecious. I was later billed for treatment that my ins should have covered and did not. I will never return to this office because it seemed that they only cared about profits and not my best intrest as a patient.
