5/1/13 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | Dr. Janjua and Dr. Gooderham worked as a team to take a tumour out of my brain and repair my nose. The tumour was small enough it could be done this way. Dr. Janjua is an excellent surgeon and I am still seeing him for follow ups. He is so knowledgable. He answers all the questions you have and he truly cares about his patients. | Respond |

4/11/12 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | This was my first visit with Dr. Janjua after suffering with obstructed nasal breathing and loss of smell for many years. I was expecting a preliminary consult with a future booking for further treatment. I left his office pleasantly amazed when he immediately removed a large polyp (2" long) from my nasal passage. Today I breathed fully through my right nostril for the first time in five years. His demeanor and ability to answer my questions were exceptional and that was also true of his medical resident/student. I will be undergoing surgery and further treatment with complete confidence that I am receiving top quality care. | Respond |

2/28/12 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 5 | Dr. Janjua removed substantial polyps from my sinuses, and the surgery was an unmitigated success. Furthermore, his follow-up work is always excellent. I have recommended Dr. Janjua to both friends and family, and I will do so in the future. | Respond |

1/19/12 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 5 | Dr. Janjua completed sinus surgery and reconstruction with amazing results. I always ask many questions and he can answer them all. I can't say enough, I no longer have sinus pressure, headaches and now I can smell! Melissa his receptionist is always friendly, helpful and flexible when booking his appointments. | Respond |

11/10/11 | 1 | 2 | 1 | 1 | I called Janjua's office to have my medical records faxed to another country so I could be seen by a more competent ENT to fix my damaged turbinates caused by "Doctor" Janjua, but instead of receiving help, I was told off by the receptionist, who said to me, "We already faxed your medical records twice, we're not doing it a third time, especially to another country". So not only was I denied my rights to access my OWN medical records, but Janjua's office blatantly told me that I can't have them faxed because it is up to the "Doctor's" discretion. I eventually got my medical records faxed from my own primary physician. I couldn't believe it - a Doctor who damaged my nasal membranes and turbinates, causing me to rely on antibiotics and spending tons of $ to see other doctors in hopes for a cure, while not being able to breathe at all and experiencing ENS symptoms, telling me that I can't have my medical records faxed because it is up to his decision. What a joke of a doctor. | See Responses |

10/31/11 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | Dr Janjua was amazing! I am a chronic sinusitis/rhinitis patient, had two previous sinus surgeries from a different doc which caused scarring and complete loss of sense of smell and allergy symptoms came back within weeks. After Dr. Janjuas efforts,I now have a limited sense of smellfor the first time in 5 years, and my breathing and quality of life (sneezing completely gone!)are much better. He explained things well, and the postop care, although uncomfortable, has left me in the best shape I have been in for 10 years. If you are in doubt about having sinus surgery, I can thoroughly recommend how mine came out, and my overall pre-op symptoms were classified by 3 doctors as being in the "most severe" category. Before surgery, had to take a box of kleenex everywhere I went. Now I have my lfe back. Only thing I would stress, is that you need to do exactly what he says, long term, after the surgery to maintain your good result. | Respond |

8/18/11 | 4 | 1 | 1 | 2 | Both appointments I've had with this doctor ran an hour late. I was referred to Janjua by another ENT specialist to patch up an open wound stemming from a septo/turbinate reduction procedure. I wasn't made aware of what was going to be done in the patient room. Janjua never told me what was going to be done, except to patch up the wound. Long story short, he cauterized the open wound without my consent and was too aggressive with the procedure, burning right through the mucosa in my left nostril. This procedure should have NEVER been done and has basically left me with a crippled nose, suffering, and a condition called "empty nose syndrome". I went to see him for a 2nd appointment and he was very dismissive when I told him about these symptoms. He tried to brush me off by telling me to go see my original doctor and to see a sleep clinic to help me with my problems. I DON'T recommend him. You'll be better off with another ENT who is more EXPERIENCED, COMPETENT, and WILL LISTEN TO YOU. | Respond |

5/28/11 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I am so happy with the results of my surgery. Dr. Jangua recently corrected my deviated septum and enlarged turbinate bones and for the first time I can remember I can breathe properly through my nose and no longer snore or have sleep apnea!!! I am very grateful and would highly recommend him!!! | Respond |

4/4/11 | 4 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I wouldn't recommend any other ENT - Dr. Janjua is Fantastic! I have suffered from sinusitis for 20 years and have had two previous surgeries, but the conjestion and polyps return. Dr. Janjua performed my 3rd surgery 7 months ago. It is so wonderful to smell again!!! I have had four follow-up appointments since the surgery and will continue to have more. I really appreciate Dr. Janjua's attentiveness and thorough post operative instructions to prevent another surgery in the future. | See Responses |

3/29/11 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 5 | Dr.Janjua performed a partial thyroidectomy on me back in 2009 for a large tumour on my thyroid gland. From the first visit he was very compassionate, knowledgable and up-front with me. He got my surgery booked promptly and explained everything to me, even putting to rest my fears of damage to my vocal cords. My 3 hour surgery went without any problems and he came to see me right after as well as first thing the next morning. Great bedside manner. He also was very compassionate with my husband and family members who were waiting at the hospital while I was in surgery. He came out to speak to them right after to let them know I was ok. My post-surgery care was wonderful too. I would not hesitate to go back to him at anytime and would recommend him to all my family and friends. | Respond |

2/3/11 | 4 | 5 | 5 | 5 | Brilliant, personable, excellent interviewing and diagnostic skills. My sinusitis can't be helped by surgery, but nevertheless Dr. Janjua was able to offer an elegant treatment that had not been considered by any of a dozen colleagues who I had seen over the previous five years. (Treatment is proving effective, but whether or not it did in my case, it still makes excellent sense and would have been worth trying on principle.) He's a good man. | Respond |

10/21/10 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | Excellent doctor who helped me tremendously. He was able to diagnose my severe sinusitis immediately and after trying a few options, he effectively peformed surgery. I had seen two other ENTs prior to Dr Janjua who were not nearly as helpful and knowledgable. | Respond |

10/13/10 | 5 | 4 | 5 | 5 | So far, best doctor I have ever seen. He explained EVERYTHING and was super accommodating! I would trust this guy with my life. A total keeper! | Respond |

9/11/10 | 4 | 4 | 4 | 4 | Knew almost when he first saw me that I would need surgery. After my CT scan, he saw that my sinus pockets were totally plugged and that I had a deviated septum. I am now 6 weeks post op and have been able to breath through my left nostril for the first time ever. It has changed my life. | Respond |

4/15/10 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | lost an eardrum while welding resulting in complete destruction of the drum and it had to be replaced, Dr. Janjua was very helpful and did surgery to replace the drum with muscle tissue and within 5 months you can barely tell my ear had to be taken off for surgery | Respond |
