Dr. Romine seems technically very skilled, but her bedside manner is a bit cold and harsh. The worst, however, is the office staff. I've never met such an incompetent group with such poor social skills.
The real issue came up with payment for my first visit there. I was covered by insurance and told that everything was fine. Then, over 12 months later I got a call from them asking for my address and then a bill citing "previous charges" and a full year's worth of interest fees. Mind you, during that year I was an active patient there having procedures paid for by insurance and was never told once about this outstanding problem. When I finally got a copy with detailed charges (5 requests later), it was accompanied by a letter threatening to report me to a collection agency should I not pay in a week. I paid and have spent the last year filing and appealing my rejected insurance claim. I wrote directly to Dr. Romine asking for help and have been ignored.
