Dr. Cilona is a kind, caring and exceptional doctor. He was such a positive force in helping me through one of the toughest portions of my life, and continues to be an asset in my life's continued success. I never thought a doctor could have such a major impact on my life, but he has truly made the difference in so many ways. Regardless of where you are in life, Dr. Cilona would be an asset to you.

Dr. Cilona is a special doctor. Words can't explain how caring, helpful, and easy to talk to he is. He's the antithesis of the stereotype that stigmatizes therapy. He's excellent in how he manages your time and you get his undivided attention. He is expensive, at the upper echelon of fee level and does not accept insurance, nor does he have a sliding scale. He has a special interest in creative types, meaning professionals in progressive fields of endeavor: media, advertising, the arts, etc., and he attracts people who are highly prolific in this regard, hence his rate. There is no staff, no wait time as all appointments are scheduled by email and he's very, very good with e-mail. You can trust him, he's direct and answers questions. He's a strong advocate of Positive Psychology, so, he's focused on your overall well-being, not just aiding your feeling less miserable. I recommend him highly.

I worked with Dr. Cilona for over a year and from the first meeting I felt comfortable. Over the year, we were able to tackle many of the items in my life causing problems and he helped find ways to better cope and still be true to myself. I am sad to no longer be able to work with him, but would highly recommend seeing him.
