yes Dr. Ickert is very caring and sensitive.. Until you have any complaints, problems or questions. I think his work is very good but in my experience, he and his staff were very, very slack when it came to giving any instruction regarding post-surgery and pretty much everything else which ended up causing me a lot of problems and several extra appointments. Also, they wouldn't give me even one straight, satisfactory answer when I asked about procedures that had not gone as well as expected. I felt ignored and left to wonder about the health of my mouth. I went to see another dentist to find out if everything was ok and to try to fill in the blanks. I guess he's a Great dentist as long as nothing goes wrong. If it does go wrong, you're on your own.
Norm has been my dentist for 10 or more years. He is absolutely the best and at the cutting edge of his field. Not only that, but he is also a great guy
Dr. Ickert represents the best of the best when it comes to dental practice. He demands perfection from himself and from his staff. In 20 years, I have never had a bad experience with him. His knowledge is second to none, as he always ALWAYS runs through the different options available. His plaques in the reception area do not lie.
Best dentist around. Always concerned if you are feeling any pain and always follows up the next day to see how you are after major dental surgury
