I absolutely love Sarasota Surgical Arts they where a wonderful office. I had a breast augmentation, they helped me pick out the right size for my body and I loved the results. I would recommend this office to everyone that is interested in getting a procedure done. Dr. Sessa and his staff are all excellent, this is the office to choose you wont regret it.

Dr. Sessa is a highly proffesional doctor in what he does, he always makes sure everything is correct and treating his patients with a lot of comfort and is open to any questions. I had a breast augmentation recently and I will say Dr. S was extremely nice and did a GREAT job. My problem is that Christine, who I consulted with, failed to tell me that you lose up to 100 CC's when you go under the muscle. I found this out through my own research after the fact. The "sizers" I tried on aren't even close to the size I ended up with. I had a friend go with me to make sure and she agrees. It would have been nice to know this as I would have added to compensate. But again, the surgery was great. I also had fillers for $1000 but didn't notice a difference and was told I didn't "do enough" - they should have told me how much I needed so I feel that was a waste of money. I noted "poor staff" because of the misinformation but the other girls in the office were quite nice.

The staff at Dr. Sessa's office was amazing. From the first consult to the end check-up, they have always been very personable and friendly. Dr. Sessa always made himself available by office or by cell and was always there caring for my needs every step of the way. Very professional, clean office. Would recommend his office to anyone! Dr Sessa is extremely good.Although my surgery was serious my recovery was relatively easy thanks to Dr. Sessa and his staff. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone considering plastic surgery. He is skilled, careful and detail oriented. At all times I felt safe and cared for. My results from a mommy makeover are ridiculously good. My stomach looks like I was 18 years old and Im 49.

I had my surgery 2 months ago, and I already feel like my new breasts are a part of me. I went with a 325 silicone gel implant, and they feel and look natural. People that didn't know I was having the surgery aren't immediately drawn to them, which is what I was going for. I wanted what I had pre- babies, and I am very pleased. Thanks to the office staff, I was much more comfortable going into the surgery than I expected. They spent a great deal of time catering to my needs and questions. I appreciate everyone at Sarasota Surgical Arts for the part they played in my experience!

He took his time during my scheduled appointments with him, he was attentive to my requests, and he was professional. His thorough instructions and knowledge made the entire process very easy. I have had 2 previous breast augmentation surgeries in the past in 2004 and 2005 by a different Doctor in a different state. I had a unique problem to rectify where one of my breasts developed normally and the other did not develop at all. I was never satisfied with the results from the past surgeries. The implants were never natural looking or feeling, were very uncomfortable and one actually collapsed . So in June 2011, I went to go see Dr. Sessa to rectify the problem with another surgery for silicone implants. I could not be happier with the results!!!! The implants are natural looking and feeling and Doctor Sessa did a fantastic job in making them the same size. So for the first time in my life, I don't feel embarassed about the way I look and am confident in my appearance. The surgery itself could not have gone better. The staff did a great job of prepping me and making me feel comfortable and Doctor Sessa was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Dr Sessa!

DO NOT GO TO DR. SESSA. I HAD A BREAST AUGMENTATION A YEAR AGO AND ENDED UP DEVASTATED & EXTREMELY DEPRESSED FROM THE HORRIBLE JOB THAT HE DID. HE RUINED MY BODY. I HAD TO HAVE A SECOND OPERATION TO FIX HIS ERRORS (a different doctor of course.) I really can't even describe how much grief and money he cost me. I would show pics if I could!! The best doc is http://drmbarnett.com/ she doesnt advertise she gets her clients from word of mouth. She will make sure everything is perfect and exactly the way you want. I feel so lucky to have found her an her staff!!

I went to the seminar and was pleased with the presentation and the former patient who spoke highly of Dr.Sessa. He assured me that he could fix what I was unhappy with. I paid to have the "smart-lift with neck", however, only 3 months later, I had loose, sagging skin on my neck and the beginning of turkey-waddle again. He said he was sorry that I was unhappy, and told me that I would need a neck lift to fix it. I told him that I thought I had just paid him for it 3 months ago! The price he quoted me was almost as much as I originally paid him!!! Would I recommend him? Absolutely not! | Respond |

His staff is wonderful and were there to answer all of my questions before and after my surgery. I had no complications. My surgery went great and my result was perfect, symmetrical breasts. My scars are minimal. I chose silicone implants and my breasts look natural. Dr. Sessa placed the implants so that they would settle in a natural place rather than being high and looking fake. I couldn't have hoped for anything better. I have recommended Dr. Sessa to my friends and family and highly recommend him if you are looking for a skilled and professional surgeon. | Respond |

Dr. Sessa is truly a skilled surgeon. I am extremely pleased with my Smartlift. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and put me at ease. His office staff is wonderful and his surgical team is terrific. I would highly recommend Dr. Sessa for your cosmetic procedure.

He was great. He was patient and he took the time to listen and respond to all of my concerns. He deserves a better office staff, but as a surgeon he gets 2 thumbs up for sure! He did a great job.
