Awesome!!! Dr. Chami helped me with my painful shoulder. I was unable to do the dishes and after the treatment, I was able to do the laundry and dishes. I am glad I found Dr. Chami, there are few doctors in the world, that take the time to explain options, treatments and outcomes of pain management. Thank you very much Dr.Chami.

I experienced pain shooting down my leg. It got to the point where I was having difficulty sleeping and was unable to ride my bike. I contacted Dr. Chami who called me at home that evening. He rearranged his schedule to see me the following morning. He performed a very thorough exam and took the time to clearly explain his diagnosis and lay out my options (including the option to forgo a medical procedure and pursue physical therapy). I elected to have a pain relief injection. The procedure was quick and relatively pain free. Within 3 days, I had virtually no discomfort (just as Dr. Chami had said). I was able to return to pretty intensive 40-50 mile cycling rides. 3 weeks after the treatment, I successful cycled up Haleakala (Maui's volcano) -the world's longest paved ascent - 38 miles, 10,000 feet. Thank you Dr. Chami!!!

I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Chami and the staff at
Chicagoland Advanced Pain Specialists. I was told I needed a knee replacement
and I truly was not mentally ready for that surgery.
Dr. Chami was very good at explaining his course of action and with the use
of a fluroscopy (X-ray) Dr. Chami was able to inject the medication in the
exact spot I needed. My result was fantastic! I am now able to excercise and
walk without pain. I am very grateful for your expertise.

For years I have been going to many doctors trying to get the pain in
my feet under control, all have failed to impress me. These doctors,
while kind enough, were quick to write a prescription and send me on
my way, never inclined to try different courses of treatment when I
was still in pain. Dr. Chami on the other hand, has actually taken
time to listen to my concerns, questions, and give me support when
I've needed it. He is also the only doctor to actually find a method
of keeping my pain under control that does not involve heavy doses of
narcotics, for which I am grateful. My quality of life has improved
greatly since seeing him and I am now able to keep up with my
grandkids and tend to household chores, whereas before, this was
almost certainly beyond the realm of my abilities. The whole staff at CAPS,
from the receptionist to the physicians, all have been very
professional and kind. My recommendation of CAPS extends to everyone
in need of pain management.
