I believe she is a very good doctor. However, her husband who works the front desk is a disaster. She continues to lose clients because of him. The over scheduling is inforgivable. The plugging in wrong test info on computer is unforgivable. His errorz could lead to dangerous outcomes. Please move him on home.

Staff is rude. Calling the office is a joke as no one ever answers the phone. You always have to leave a message and they rarely return your call. I have know Dr Toft for many years and the horrible service provided by her staff and excessive waits are killing her practice. I recently found a new doctor after being a patient for more than 10yrs. That is how bad it has gotten. The wait time is horrible and she has no time to spend with you as they book too many appts.

I noticed that all past ratings have been deleted. WHY? I believe that Mary Toft is a very competent doctor. She's bright. Her weakness appears to be that she has a revolving office staff that appear to be incompetent, not trained properly & extremely unprofessional. Allegedly, it is hurting her practice. Her husband's attitude tends to turn people off, as her works for her at the front desk. If I was her, I'd take my practice to a more affluent area. I would also hire an excellent staff. If your staff is not warm, friendly, considerate & competent it simply hurts your business.

Dr. Toft appears not to like sick people. It almost as though you are annoying her by coming in ill. Her nurse practioners/physicians assistants are really friendly, and I would much prefer to deal with them rather than Dr. Toft. I will not return, however, because of her husband, who does the scheduling. The man exhibits forced niceness, and was very rude to me last time I was had an appointment. Apparently, I took too much of his time asking him questions.

I am leaving this doctor due to the very rude staff. I have never been treated as badly as I have been by this staff.

I have been with Dr. Toft for at least 10 years and have seen quite a change since she's "switched" to the medispa. I'm switching doctor's myself because of how the "office" makes me feel. Everytime I go there's a new "rule" about payment (now they want deductables ahead of schedule)...as if I didn't pay my bill. Then I find the office very crowded with chairs awkwardly placed around the office to accomodate "pushing" the two practices together (medical-spa). It's just uncomfortable

Outstanding doctor. Both my husband and I have been patients for years. Wouldn't see anybody else. She's the best!!! Takes the time to listen, gives you her attention, and always finds time when it's an emergency. Maintains her education in emerging fields, very knowledgeable. We TRUST her judgement.

Staff (esp. male checkout one that writes prescriptions) and punctuality were the biggest reason for leaving. Dr Toft was ok in knowledge but seems more attentive to her spa side of the business.

I like Dr. Toft very much, she seems to know her stuff. She was cooperative when I asked her if I could try a more natural form of medication rather than the synthetic form I had been taking. She also recommended a nutritional approach to treating a medical problem before prescribing medication. Her front office staff is another story;the receptionists appear to be very young - they are rude and unprofessional. I had to wait a long time for my appointment and overheard the receptionists as they talked with patients on the phone and then gossipped about them after they hung up. In addition, the guy who schedules the lab tests made a mistake and called me later on the phone to ask me to check additional boxes, but I was driving and not able to make the corrections. He told me to call him back the next day and when I did, no answer. I left a message and never heard back. I went in and he didn't remember and was rude to me and accused me of confusing him!
