staff rude; doctor great. He's friendly & funny & takes time listening to you; Never hurries. this is most likely what accounts for the unfortunate long wait time to see him though. Only complait; spend less time joking it up w/the drug reps! Especially when you are busy.

you can't get a better Doctor than Dr. Einstein. He truly cares for his patients and i am alive today because of the care he gave me during a long and difficult illness. He never saw me as an illness or a number, but as a real person, always. He referred me to specialists when needed and "thought outside the box" when it came to my care. I would gladly travel to see Dr. Einstein. In fact when my location changed, i did not change Doctors. Instead i travelled over 1.5 hours one way to have Dr. Einstein as my Doctor.

I have been a patient of his for 13 years. He literally saved my life when I went to an urgent care he was covering for one of his friends. I spent a week in the hospital. He was the only one who could figure out what had happened to me. I have a number of problems, and he doesn't run on time; however, he is worth the wait. He also has taken care of my husband and has saved his life as well. When I schedule an appt I don't book anything else that day because I know he's going to run late because he cares about his patients and I will get as much time as needed when he comes in. Phone calls are slow to be returned at times, but I would not trade having him as my doctor for anything. His credentials are high and he is definitely worth the wait. I've have referred many to him as well. He treats us with respect, and fusses if I don't follow instructions (which is rarely), but he will spend the time to find out the problem and do what is necessary to get you on the right track.He's great!

Don't base Dr. E on his staff, He is worth the horrible experience you will encounter from his staff. He is the most caring Dr. I have ever come seen. I always feel as if I am his only patient. What a wonderful man.

Dr. Al is the best in the business. Expect a little wait upfron, but you will be so glad that you did. Hint... Schedule appointment as early as you can.

Dr. E is fantastic. I went to 3 other docs who would not listen to what i had to say. not only does he listens, he WANTS me to have a say in my care. He schedules his appointments for every 15 minutes but he spends closer to 20-30 PER PATIENT. He does take the time!! Great guy.

He was an absolute GODSEND when my grandmother was in the ER...It was an extremely difficult time for our family and he was truly concerned for my grandmother and our family. My grandmother passed away and at 3:30 am, he called to check on me while I was at the hosital. Great man..Great Doctor!!

Dr. Einstein is an extremely intelligent, caring, and positive physician who truly listens to his patients. He has a problem-solving mind that is second to none. I have been his patient for many years and have referred many others. I hear nothing but accolades for this amazing doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. He is the best!

Dr. E is the best!! Patients expect a wait, but it's worth it. He takes time with everyone & makes them feel as if they are the only patient he has. He truly cares about his patients. I've talked to other patients in the waiting room who live an hour away, but they don't want to go to anyone else, so they make the drive. He listens to what you are saying and will not hesitate to jump all over you if you're not doing as prescribed! Best of all are his hugs! He is a 1 doc practice & has a great ofc mgr who does a wonderful job of keeping him together! But, there are a couple of other staff members that don't seem to have a specific purpose & seem to be excess baggage. My biggest issue is that phone calls are not always answered & if you leave a message, it may or may not be returned. You may have to call more than once. With excess baggage on your office staff, all calls should be answered. Other patients feel the same way, but we put up with it because of Dr E!!
