His office is trying to SUE me for 70 because an appointment was made FOR ME and I ended up finding a different doctor that could get me in earlier because I was 6 MONTHS PREGNANT and they couldn't make room for me and since I cancelled they're trying to SUE even though I had NEVER MET HIM IN MY LIFE! It's a HORRIBLE office and I wouldn't recommend him to ANYBODY!

I used to love Dr. Crofoot, he delivered my fourth child. He was attentive and cautious. But, he induced me TOO early and it was the longest, hardest labor of all of my children. Since then, I have just seen him about once a year and he has not been nice at all. This last time, he was rude and in attentive to my concerns. I had to call for two weeks to get the nurse to give me my blood work results. I think he is a good doctor, but moody and sometimes detached. His receptionist is wonderful, but the nurses cycle through and are new every time I go in. You can tell that he is hard to work for.

Dr. Kyle Crofoot has been my doctor for at least 15 years and I worked at the hospital where he practiced for 9. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands what it takes to do his job and he birthed both of my children. Those who complain against him must have some other reason for complaining, because he is very professional and good at what he does in my professional opinion.

Dr. Crofoot is an amazing doctor!!! He just recently delivered my baby boy and my husband and I were so pleased with the entire experience! Yes his equipment is old but it DOES work. He has a great sense of humor and his office staff is very nice you can tell that they genuinely care. He keeps a very cool head if things aren't going perfect (to some people that may come across that he doesn't care but it's just that he stays very calm during hectic situations) He is very good at what he does! I would recommend him to anyone

Dr Crofoot is not for everyone. I am a nurse with OB experience and a fellow L+D nurse recommended him. With me it was a love hate relationship. One visit I couldn't stand him but he redeemed himself by the next visit. I was told to go to the hospital during my pregnancy by his nurse and the hospital staff had to hunt him down for about 2 hrs because he didn't feel the need to return his pages. (They finally called him at home). My pregnancy had a few bumps and he wasn't as concerned as I wanted him to be. Delivery was OK, all he had to do was catch. Try him, you may like him, but you will know if you don't by the second visit. His equiptment is old, including his doppler (he shakes it sometimes to get it to work) and the ultasound machine is a grandfather also. His staff is GREAT.

Dr Crofoot has been my Dr for approx 12yrs. He is exactly waht I want in a Ob/Gyn, he tells you how it is, a straight talker,I have had exceptional service from him and his staff, working in the Medical Field I have worked with enough Dr,s to have realistic expectations, he exceeds most, my daughter now has him as her Ob/Gyn, at first she was very unsure to the point she went somewhere else,(where she had a bad expereince) so she is back with Dr Crofoot and loves him.

The staff here is nice and helpful but Dr. Crofoot is a not a good doctor. He is NOT thorough, he does not listen to you, he does not even look at your chart before he sees you. I had to remind him about taking the glucose test, he answers my questions like I am a twit, and I decided at 28 weeks to switch doctors. He uses old equipment, barely gives out literature, when he does its over 20 years old. He is slack with his in house ultrasound, and assumes the people at winnie palmer will find anything during your ultrasound there. Good doctors do not just rely on external tests, they learn as much as they can so they don't miss anything. My last pregnancy doctor checked protein and sugar each visit, they didn't start here until 28wks. When I told him I felt faint and weak often, I asked if it was sugar, he said "dont eat sugar" so I went for 3 weeks w/o sugar and still had problems, and told him this next visit, he said rudely "you still gained wt." It turns out my problem is iron!

I have been under Dr. Crofoot's care for approx. 12 yrs. I absolutely LOVE him & credit him with having saved my twins. After years of infertility, losing a baby late in pregnancy (under the care of another Dr. who was awful & practically let me bleed to death), I had in-vitro & got pregnant with twins at 38. At 20 weeks, he did a vaginal exam (I believe many doctors won't do this) and discovered that I was in labor. He looked me in the eye and told me that he would save my babies if I did everything he told me to do. And that I did... I was on complete bed rest for 3 months, 2 of which I spent in the hospital. He visited me every single morning (including Sundays)and was called at home by the nurses in the middle of the night almost daily because I had contractions. He delivered the babies the night before he was to return from vacation - on my bithday! He is brilliant, thorough, kind and funny! I trust him 100% and think he is the absolute best! Thanks Dr. Crofoot!

Dr. Crofoot is to the point with no fluff. If he thinks there is a problem he is quick to act. I appreciated the care he gave me when I delivered early (induction) due to sky rocketing blood pressure.

Dr. Crofoot is amazing!!!! I have referred many of my co-workers to him and they have all been very pleased with him. He delivered my first child in September and was excellent. He always took time with my husband and I during our appointments to answer any questions. He is VERY knowledgable and has an excellent staff. Even when you go to the hospital once they find out you are his patient they give you the red carpet treatment. I had a wonderful expereience with him and his office and highly recommend him.

Dr. Crofoot is the BEST doctor ever!!! I am also very shocked at what some people had to say about him. He is a very HONEST and up front doctor and tells it exactly how it is (he won't sugar coat anything) which in my opinion is exactly how a doctor should be. He is not very punctual but for VERY good reason, because he spends quality time with each patient and never rushes you. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and a very easy doctor to talk to. My husband and I are expecting our first child this June and we are both so glad that he is our doctor :) Also, his office staff is very friendly.

This is my first pregnancy and I decided to look for another doctor after I saw Dr Crofoot twice. His answers to my questions were rushed and sometimes defensive. When I had questions about my pregnancy's safety, he did not answer in an appropiate way. I felt as I did not have the right to ask!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Crofoot. I am a bit surprised at some of the posts referring to his conduct, etc. My wait was minimal, it was an early appt, so perhaps that makes the difference. EVERYONE on his staff, including Dr. Crofoot, has been extremely helpful and kind

I agree his bedside manner is very unprofessional. He does come across as "nice", but he cannot think on his feet and freaks out in a jam. Read the boards and find someone else if you require anything specialized. Like another post said he is there when it's convenient.

Dr. Crofoot has been my physician for at least 10 years. With that said I believe him to be very good clinically - very thorough when trying to make a diagnosis. However, his bedside manner could be viewed as unprofessional. He has a very flippant attitude that can be perceived as non-caring. His nurse seems bothered by calls requesting results - "If there's a problem we will call you"...Dr. Crofoot is definately not for everyone - like one commenter said as long as you have no problems and are not high maintenance you will be fine. Always plan on waiting either in the waiting or exam room. Give him a try to make your own decision - some of my friends absolutely love him - some hate him.

I wrote my first comment in January stating that he has bad bedside manners and that I'm only sticking with him until my baby is born b/c he has a good rep with delivery. The birth of my son which was suppossed to be the happiest moment of my life became my most fearful. He induced me and 2 other women the same day hoping that we would all deliver at different times. We ended up being back to back and I was progressing faster that someone else so told my nurse to have me stop pushing for 30 min while my baby was crowning! When he finally came in and I gave birth, my son went into shock due to being in my birth canal too long and didn't breathe for 2 min. The NICU team ran in to save him, all b/c he wanted a convienently condensed day. When I went for a follow up appt he said he said he doesn't know why my baby "crapped out" on him. That was it for me. My husband and mother are infuriated with him and so am I. I don't know what other people are talking about, he's terrible.

Dr.Crofoot has been my ob/gyn dr for the last 20 years. Extremely knowlegable, will tell you if he doesn't know something (not like most drs who will give you a bunch of BS) Most Importantly...you can trust his decisions, great bedside manner, straight-forward & to the point. After all thats why you go to a dr...right?.. for their expertise!. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, You won't be disappointed. Cozy office, friendly nurses, He's worth the wait.

I agree with the many people that told me that dr crofoot is a very knowledgeable dr, however when someone has bad bedside manners and makes you feel like a fool each time you have a concern about your pregnancy those positive qualities are easily undermined. He has called me a worry wart so many times when I have normal questions that I am at first hesitant to call him when I have a concern about the health of my baby. I don't feel like he has the right to judge a client, esp a 1st timer like me in such a opinionated way and he needs to just do his job. Once when I was in there and was crying, he kept looking at his watch! I'm sticking with him until this baby is born b/c of his good reputation in delivery, but I can't wait to leave his office and find someone who is professional in their conduct. And yes, the wait is horrible. My husband once had to leave during my appt b/c the dr was an hr behind which is not at all unusual.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crofoot's for several years, and was helped through an EXTREMELY difficult pregnancy with his knowledge, connections to other physicians, and recommendations. He also accurately diagnosed and treated problems I have with cysts. I have found him willing to listen to me for whatever time I needed. He is professional and easy to talk to, and he is very committed to his own family. The other people here are right about one thing, however, and that's the wait in his office....I happen to enjoy the time alone with a magazine, however!

Not particularly understanding of, or too busy, to deal with women's emotional needs during a difficult pregnancy. Unless you "plan" to have a textbook-perfect pregnancy, Dr. Crowfoot may not be the best choice. He also prominently and inapproprietly displays political stickers in his clinic waiting room which may make some patients uncomfortable. As was mentioned by another poster, a very long wait in the waiting room.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crofoot for over 15 years and can't say enough nice things about him and his proficient office staff. He is exceptionally personable and thorough as well as informative. I am in the healthcare field and always recommend him to my friends who are planning on becoming pregnant or looking for an ob/gyn. He was recommended to me by the nurses on the ob/gyn unit of a local hospital. Dr. Crofoot delivered my child and was exceptionally available during the delivery, staying for hours at the hospital. He is great with following up on calls, I remember one time I was throwing up when I was pregnant and had called him to see what I should take/do, he returned my call within minutes and called again the next day (Sunday) to see how I was feeling. He appears to be very knowledgeable in his field and up on current changes in the health arena! Would highly recommend!

Went though a miscarriage with this physician. He did a poor job explaining what to expect and what to do during the miscarriage. He didn't bother looking over my chart before coming to speak with me and I had to inform him what my lab results were (labs that his office ordered!). Although nice, he always seems rushed and distracted and doesn't seem to listen.
