Dr. Pang is just okay (Tracey is the BEST!). As others have stated, he doesn't have much of a bed side manner. Recently, he canceled my IVF cycle due to the fact that I had less than 3 follicles. When I went in to meet with him, he told me that I should consider egg donors since there was little hope of success using my own eggs. He told me he would "let me do another cycle so I could have closure"....well that wasn't very comforting and we were both quite upset. I asked Dr. Pang if he could try other drugs and he told me that there wasn't anything more aggressive he could try. I sought a second opinion through Boston IVF and found an excellent doctor who has given us hope. My new Dr. is trying a new drug which has been found to increase the # of follicles. I don't believe Dr. Pang has enough experience with "low responders" to know about other treatment options. He certainly wasn't willing to go the extra mile for me. RSC is concerned about the stats since they are privately held.

Great nursing staff, lab staff, and ultrasound techs. Appointments are on time. Insurance and referrals handled without a problem. The doctor is very knowledgeable but doesn't always give explicit answers to questions. I know there are many variables that come into play during any medical treatment but sometimes you need more than an "I don't know" or "Maybe." I was able to find the answers I needed by doing my own research. This is a typical large fertility clinic where the treatment is a bit impersonal; if that is a problem it's best to look for a smaller practice. Otherwise, the treatment is good overall.

Dr. Pang was great, but his nurse Tracey is what makes the practice. She is unbelievable and will help get you through the struggle with infertility.

Dr. Pang illicits trust. I felt completely confident that he was looking at the total picture of every part of my health in determining the best course of action for our situation. Don't expect warm fuzzies though - while he cares about his patients, and obviously has a passion for what he does, he is a reserved fellow.
