10/27/12 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | On Friday, October 26, 2012 my son had an appointment at 1:00 p.m. I leave work to attend this appointment as it was very important to my son and myself. Worst service I ever got we arrived a bit late; we tried calling to inform the office but that was a failed attempt. Secondly when we arrived in the office I informed the receptionist of my arrival, I was rudely told she has to see if we can see the doctor. I sat waited for 20 minutes before being told we had to reschedule. I requested to see the doctor, I have travelled from quite a distance to get there and was overly concerned about my son's medical condition. She took a while to acknowledge us there and came in the waiting area to address me infront of her patients. When I informed her that the other patients need not hear what is happening she chose to insult my integrity and continued finally I got the chance to convince her,went in an office she did not see my son and I am happy. I felt so disrespected and insulted. | Respond |

She has saved my life with her advise and monitoring and for that I will always respect her for being the fabulous doctor that she is. Thank you for taking the time to help me. She really knows her stuff. I hope we never lose her as a doctor and that others get the chance that we have had. | Respond |

She was not willing to release me as her patient until she absolutely got to the bottom of my problem. A fantastic doctor.
