This man is a pleasure to visit whether the problem involves something urgent or only a routine visit. His style is very interactive, i.e., he gives you a chance to talk and ask questions and is very responsive, providing information in a way that a layman can readily absorb. So: both highly competent and very pleasant. By the way, he was trained at Johns Hopkins Medical School, which is a leading location of frontier research and good practice in the area of urology.
