This man is NOT a doctor! He should not be on this list. He is simply someone who has taken various courses in counselling that anyone can take. Please see someone else.
This man is not registered with Psychologists of BC. I looked because I wanted to make a formal complaint. The man gives very wrong suggestions and acts very inappropriate at times using off color language and gestures. I do not know where I can launch a formal complaint since I discovered that he isn't even a registered psychologist. Please be aware of this before seeing him. He messed up my thinking.
This man is not a psychologist - he's a counsellor and his opionions are very odd. We went to him for marriage counselling where he expressed his opinion that children fare better in families of divorce. He said, "Look at Barrack Obama - he's a success!" Paul Sabina is divorced, in his late 60's, and has a toddler. No doubt, he's justifiying his own life choices. Most odd was his assertion that pressing on my wrist would eliminate all of the anxiety I was experiencing regarding my marriage. He's strange, he doesn't listen, and after one session, we never returned. Our insurance refused to reimburse us the cost as he hasn't paid his dues since 2004. If you need marriage help, spend the money on a babysitter and take dance lessons. Worked for us.
Let me begin by saying that I am currently working to have this "doctor's" license to practice revoked indefinitely! This "doctor" is nothing more than a scam artist who runs his "scheme" from a spare room in his home. He is UNPROFESSIONAL, has forgotten my NAME and our previous discussions in EVERY session and always answers the door in either pajamas or casual house clothes; hardly the attire of a professional "doctor" in session. He boasts that he is the only person in the entire WORLD who practices the highly successful "Bridge" technique - a technique he himself made up out of thin air. After only 2 sessions I could tell that this "bridge" technique was nothing more than visualization and breathing exercises - things taught in every self-help book. This man should be shut-down immediately and investigated for DECEPTION and FRAUD!!
