I was in town on business and saw Dr. Rashid at an urgent care clinic for a cat scratch that became infected. He seemed more interested in how I learned about his clinic and how he could advertise with my agency than he did about my care. Additionally, the medication he prescribed didn't work very well. When I returned home, my family doctor did some research and found that Dr. Rashid had given me a prescription for animal bites, and not for animal scratches. My family doctor explained that it's not a simple mistake; Dr. Rashid should understand the difference. When I tried to speak to Dr. Rashid about his error, he did not return my calls and instead I was forced to talk to someone else. I don't recommend seeing this doctor, especially if he's more concerned with advertising his clinic than his patients' care.
