I took 9 sessions from this person and decided it is not worth it. I picked up this acupuncturist from searching online and decided to go to him even though he was 15 miles away. I regretted picking him up it later. He has NO freaking idea of what he is doing. He did not listen to me at all and his treatment sessions were very short. He kept repeating this same thing again and again in all 9 sessions even though there were no improvement. He was not knowledgeable at all. He attempted insurance fraud, but when I approached my insurance resolution dept, he agreed to refund me the amount that he should not have charged. I started to feel that he is not helpful anymore and I am vising another acupuncturist now. I DO NOT recommend Randall.B.Wing. Poor service, Poor knowledge.
