They are very punctual and the staff has always been pleasant and compassionate. I would highly recommend this doc and facility. They're the BEST!!!! | Respond |

He did an excellent job giving me exactly what I wanted, and the staff was more than accommodating when I was having nervous jitters regarding what size I wanted- 2 days before the surgery! He answered all my questions to my comfort and satisfaction before getting up and asking if I had any questions like you'll see with most doctors. He made me feel like I was his only patient that day and had all the time in the world. That was the best experience I've ever had with any doctor. Additionally, my surgery experience was better than expected. My scars are minimal and I look great - the whole reason why you go to a plastic surgeon is to look better. 4/6/11 | 5 | 5 | 5 | 5 | I had lipo to my chin, abdomen, hips and thighs. Dr. Umansky and his staff were awesome from my first appointment, through last minute changes I made and through surgery. I have one more follow up to go but my results were fantastic! The staff called the day after my surgery to make sure I was OK. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! My surgery involved a cosmetic repair to my ear lobe and Dr. Umansky did a tremendous job with fixing the problem and making my ear look great. After going through several surgeries to fix a complicated nose job and deviated septum, Dr. Umansky made me feel comfortable that he would be able to fix the problem. He did such a wonderful job! I can breath again and my nose looks fabulous. He always has a smile and takes his time to ensure all of your questions are answered. Hi Everyone..Dr. Umansky has been my plastic surgeon for my double mastecomy and reconstruction. He and his staff have been a pleasure. They are excellent at what they do and we laughed through the whole thing. He did a very good job and I feel very safe with him. I recommend him as a surgeon because he's good at what he does, he cares about his patients very much, and he'll make you feel better about whatever you are going through.

The procedures he did produced amazing results. His aftercare is top notch and he was available for questions, concerns, and to see me if need be.
