After a number os sessions with Dr. Uhl, I realized that I was not at all happy with his brand of psychoanalysis. He spends a great deal of each session writing in longhand. His feedback is not immediate (he seems to keep his opinions to himself); and on occasion, he seemed to be quite impatient with me. I had difficulty getting addional paperwork from him. ONe time, a letter of appeal that I had requested from him was a DIATRIBE! against the Insurance Co., rather than reasons supporting my claim. Additionally, his office is actually in his house, which is a bit disarming. Overall, I was not satisfied with Dr. Uhl, compared to other practioners I have seen, and based on at least 5 sessions with him.
