Dr. David O Smith is the worse doctor. I paid a fortune to have an abdominoplasty and the scar he left when he sewed me up was awful. I have had surgery before and have never seen a scar left behing like he left. In addition to this he is very belittling to patients. When I had my surgery done he said he would remove my hips via lipo; however he only removed the lower hip, leaving a big roll right above it. When I went back to speak to him about this, he tried to sell me more plastic surgery. For this reason I think he purposely left the upper hip so that I would have to get surgery again. There are many great doctors out there...DON'T USE THIS ONE!
