:| Click to report rating    4/8/09 3 3 1 4  I saw doctor Zaghloul as a teen because he specializes in adolescent psych. and was referred to him because my consulting psych. doc thought I had bipolar disorder. Dr.Zaghoul DOES NOT believe that such a disorder exists however (or from what I have heard from many other people who have been later diagnosed after they have been effectively treated after leaving his care), so it took 10 years for me to be properly diagnosed and effectively treated-once I found a good psychiatrist who respected me as a patient. Dr.Zaghoul used to threaten me with ECT's as a teenager as a way to scare me into behaving... He is a good man in appearances but uses his power inappropriately and does not have healthy boundaries for example he gets angry and upset with patients rather than keeps a cool demeanor the way a trained professional is supposed to. He definitely reminds me of a psychiatrist from the 1920's.
