Dr. Ibrahim is nice but rough on your teeth. She's the antithesis of "gentle touch." Over the years, her office hours have gotten fewer and fewer so that she now practices one full day and two half days per week. Also, her office is run down and outdated. The dental chairs look like they are 40 years old and are falling apart. There are rips in the chairs and they are taped up. She is unwilling to put the money into updating the office. It was depressing. I switched after three years. I was tired of shelling out money to have my mouth ripped apart every six months (only on Saturdays because you can't get an appointment during the week like at a normal office) and having to sit in a THIRD WORLD environment while having it done. You think, "Why'd you stay so long?" I stayed because I thought she was nice and meant well. But she is cheap and rough and I just gave up on things changing.
