17/06/14 1 1 1 1 I am absolutely appalled by my visit with Dr Fleck yesterday. Never in my life have I gotten up in the middle of an appointment to leave because it felt so mistreated. Dr Fleck was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that my condition (dents in my nails) were due to excessive manicuring when I don't even get my nails done or do them myself. When I told her that, she then told me it was caused from some nervous habit I must have where I obsessively rub my cuticles. When I told her I didn't do that either, she told me I was wrong and those are the two reasons of why my thumb nails have dents. No other explanations. Just plain rude. The best part was when she told me I needed to start eating more fatty foods because "clearly I don't eat enough." Her words exactly. Absolutely unacceptable. It was just horrible and after speaking to several friends, I realized this wasn't a rare occurrence. She is known around Prescott for being absolutely horrible.  Respond

14/06/14 1 1 1 1 Not only does this woman "seem" certifiably insane, she clearly lacks complete skill, bedside manner, competence and compassion. She should be stripped of her medical license. My opinion is to seek care elsewhere! Avoid a potentially dangerous situation, save yourself the time and money by finding a doctor who cares about their patients.  Respond

28/04/14 5 5 5 5 I had seen Dr. Fleck before for a chronic skin condition that several other Dr. couldn't control. She mentioned that I should have my birthmark and another mole removed, as that type of birthmark can disguise melanoma. I finally went to have it removed. The office staff is great! Her assistant Jan is awesome. Dr. Fleck is no non sense, punctual and down to the business of her patients health. She is an extensive wealth of knowledge regarding health and wellness. She is dual board certified in internal medicine, as well as, dermatology. If you truly want to get to the bottom of your ailment in an expedient, honest way, Dr Fleck is your solution. In my case, the incision was flawless, eight stitches tied in a perfectly straight line. Take home instructions were easy to follow, including the optimum practices for healing with diminished scarring. It was well worth the wait.

23/02/14 4 5 5 5 Dr. Fleck is the most caring doctor I've met in over ten years of seeing a dermatologist for my melanoma. She not only correctly diagnosed the problem but took it off with a minimal scar and has followed me carefully every six months for screening. She has recommended removal of several moles which appeared suspicious in view of my history. I agreed wholeheartedly with taking them off and checking the biopsy which thankfully was negative. If she had not been so vigorous in her screenings and biopsies, I may not be here right now. I am thankful for Dr. Fleck and her thoroughness.

22/02/14 1 1 1 1 Dr Fleck is TERRIBLE "Dr". Look any other place you can find reviews and you will see I am not the only one who has had this experience with her. I would encourage anyone who has the sense to look into a review on a Physician to avoid her at all cost. She removed a mole from two of my children and left huge holes on their body claiming the moles were suspicious and needed to be sent to a lab. Of course, they moles were fine, but she had suggested removal of about 6 moles from my daughter instead of the one she removed and the one she removed looked most "suspicious" She will make more $$$ if she removes something rather than just examining. She is abrasive and rude and all about making $$$ and will try to talk her patients into procedures they do not need.  Respond

04/06/13 5 4 5 5 I have been going to Dr. Robin Fleck for over 2 years. Her staff is extremely courteous and professional. I only have to wait for maybe 5-10 minutes to see her. I would recommend my friends and family to Dr. Fleck. I am treated with the botox alternative which is much less expensive and works as well or better every 6 to 8 months and I am very happy with the results. Everyone who knows my real age says that I do not look my age and that I look great!! I can see it as well. I used another doctor for this same treatment prior to 2 years ago and he used unnecessary numbing injections all over the inside of my mouth and he charged more than double the price. I was so greatful when I heard about Dr. Fleck. I am a happy and satisfied customer!  Respond

23/05/13 4 5 5 5 Dr. Fleck and the procedures she has done on my veins have changed my life! I no longer have leg cramps at night or leg fatigue during the day. Because of my travel schedule (and not wanting to do procedures too close to travel dates), it took almost a year to get it done, but what a difference! I have lost more than 60 pounds. I workout daily without leg fatigue. I am enjoying life much more. I even ran a 5K and a 10K. Phenomenal! Dr. Fleck is not much for small talk, but that's more than OK with me because she is very good at alleviating pain through laser procedures and sclerotherapy. My appointments started within 5 minutes of when they were supposed to start, with one exception; in that case, a staff member told me that it was taking longer than expected with another patient so there would be a delay. I have no complaints and have recommended Dr. Fleck to others.  Respond

08/03/13 5 5 5 5 Best derm doctor I've ever seen. Her manner is very caring and she takes time with you. She listens to your concerns and her treatments with moles and skin cancer is very good. I would highly recommoned her to anyone that is looking for a great derm. dr. I've seen comments on this site,,,but I've only had very good experience with Dr. Fleck and also her staff. She has a very good bedside manner and takes time with her patients.

11/10/12 1 1 1 1 Horrible doctor. Do NOT go to her!!! I was the only patient in the office during both of my visits and waited over 30 minutes for her to come in. The 2nd visit, after waiting 30 minutes, I went to the reception area to inquire how much longer it would be and the doctor was sitting with the staff joking around. Her bedside manner is non-existent. She just walks in and start freezing without any explanation OR disclosure of what she is finding, nor what she is doing. She tells you nothing and is rude rude rude. Her demeaner is very cold and doesn't inspire confidence. She told me I had malignant melanoma, with NO further explanation or discussion except that more surgery was needed. I chose to go to another dermatologist in town rather than to see her again. She seemed more interested in "upselling" to her other businesses such as vein treatment and laser treatments. All she cares about is money and no concern for me, the patient  See Responses

19/07/12 4 4 5 5 I have seen Dr. Fleck for 3 visits now and am delighted by the progress she has made healing my ACNE. She always explains the treatment before doing anything and I like her demeanor. Not only has my face been cleared up, it's helped me feel like a completely new person!!  Respond

10/06/12 4 5 5 5 I've been to all of the other dermatologists in the Prescott area and this woman is a cut above the rest! I brought my son to her for eczema after repeated visits to a different male doctor in town - which cost us money but saw no effective treatment - and she got him cleared up! I will be going back to see her for my next physical skin check in a few weeks thanks to her great can-do attitude and courteous staff members.  Respond

01/12/11 5 3 2 2 I am not prudish or shy, but my experience with this doctor was not pleasant. I was told to strip, while her asistant drew on the body diagram. This, while standing in a doorway, patients walking by. She abruptly asked if I shaved my ears. And then, why? Carved a chunk out of my shoulder for biopsy. Much larger than any I have seen. I would look elsewhere for a dermatologist. Try Doctor Cirelli in Prescott.

16/11/11 5 4 5 5 I am writing you a little note to let you and your terrific staff kno0w that I am extremely pleased with the Dysport which was applied to most of my face on Nov.1,2011. I have already recommended to a good friend of mine. It will be a great pleasure to refer you to my friends and family.  Respond

15/11/11 1 1 1 1 Terrible doctor. She does not communicate properly, no disclosure. She does not know how to operate her laser surgical equipment properly. I have white spots all over the area, which is now permanent damage. I have to hide so much of my body with clothing because I'm so embarrased, due to her incompetence, in my opinion. Patient be careful; do your research on her.

14/11/11 1 1 1 1 I warn everyone I talk to about this local dermatologist. I went to her only for a yearly skin checkup. Had a spot on my bicep area of my R arm, and she said “Oh, you have Melanoma, I must get a biopsy right NOW!” Without EVER verbally informing me of exactly what she was going to do, she just numbed me with shots in her office after taking a Polaroid of the small spot (Pix of “spot” disappeared from my Medical file) and CUT! Dr. Fleck took out a chunk out of my arm the size of a small watermelon wedge! I was horrified. She is performing the duties of a General Surgeon in her office beyond the scope of her license. 6 years later I still have nerve/muscle damage and pain every day of my life. I am embarrassed about the horrible scar on my arm. She disfigured my arm and changed my life forever. She needs to get out of medicine & lose her licensing altogether so she cannot disfigure more people a & cause them needless pain and suffering both physical and emotional.

04/05/11 2 1 1 1 I had vein surgery from this Dr. She was very pushy about getting the surgery done, was 2 hours late for the surgery appointment, was in a terribble rush, laser burnt my leg, I've had medical appointments with another vein specialist who can't believe after 2 years my leg is still infecting and oozing. She made 3 seperate appointments was it so she could charge ins. for 3 different surgeries? This Dr. is a uncaring, and pushy. My leg looks terrible. Constant pain and swelling for the last 2 years.

11/05/10 2 1 2 3 This Dr. clearly lacks bedside manner and does not respect a patients pivacy. She leaves the door open when you are naked and never offers a gown. Clearly lacks professionalism. I was never told up front what her office visit would cost and for a 15 minute skin evaluation for which was almost an hour late she charged me $173. She looked like someone had beaten her. Her face was swollen and she had bruising and her hands visibly appeared very dirty. I would not go back to this office again. Very dissapointed. I had hoped for better service from a female doctor.  Respond

11/11/08 4 4 2 2 I went to Dr. Fleck for purely cosmetic reasons. The Botox treatments I received caused bruising and scarring. I know that bruising can occur whenever there is an injection, but I looked like I had a shiner for 10 days. I have had the same treatments done with a couple of other doctors where I did not get bruising or scarring. I also asked about treatments for actinic keratoses ("liver spots"). She recommended the V-beam laser. I told her that I hyperpigment easily and if there was ANY chance that could happen to please not do the treatment. She went ahead and did it raising huge blisters at every site and leaving me with noticeable scarring. When I went back for the 2 week follow-up, she had no idea why I was there or what treatment she had given me.

03/09/08 1 1 1 1 this is the worst doctor experience i have ever had, borderline abuse. they did not have any paper on the exam tables, left you naked in the room with no gowns, frequently left the door open with me naked in the room. on my second visit to get stitches removed, the door across from my exam room was left wide open and i saw a male patient naked on the exam table, door wide open. plus the stitches she puts in are crap, the wait times are long

23/03/07 1 1 2 This dr. is hateful towards patients and rude. She is not honest and goes against her word. She was rough with my 4yr daughter and had a unsuccessful visit and told me to disreguard the co-pay of $70. I not get billed and the dr. denies the entire visit and billed my insurance and says too bad pay the co-pay because she already billed the insurance. Her office staff recalls the situation and now they can't reverse it or help me out due to her poor customer service.  Respond
