:) Click to report rating    11/20/09 4 4 4 5  I would recommend Dr. Carr to anyone. Dr. Carr is easy to talk to. He remembered me although there was a gap from my first and second visit. He calls you back the SAME DAY you leave a message and calls your pharmacy SAME DAY as well. His diagnosis's have always been correct. You have to suffer through the front office staff though. They are very busy (hectic) and not very friendly. But, they do their jobs adequately. I usually see the doctor fairly close to my appointment time.
