07/05/11 5 5 5 5 I've severe Psoriasis and seen Dr.Keeling for most of my life having it for 28 years. I can tell him anything and trust him with my life. Taking my clothes off is the least of my worries. He's never been rude and if he was you were probably deserving of it. He examimes all my moles too and have removed them if we had any doubt about them. I did have skin cancer once all ready. I never have to wait long for and appointment and also get called at home to see how I'm doing when I start a new medication usually from a staff member who is also wonderful. He has never failed to give me some relief or put me at risk of anything. He looks out for my best interest. He is very knowledgable and always is up to date with new medications on the market and coming to market. He is the best and hope he's around for a long time to come. I truly would be at a lost without him. For though's of you who gave him a bad review, you obviously don't know what you talking about. You don't know him like I do.  Respond

14/01/11 5 4 5 5 Dr. Keeling is an excellent Dermatologist. I fought with a skin condition for years and saw various GP's without success. Dr. Keeling had my skin cleared up in a matter of months. I rated him a bit lower on his punctuality because I didn't see him for an hour or so after my scheduled appointment, but my appointment did get moved up by weeks due to a cancellation. I consider waiting an hour a small price to pay for such a knowledgable and accurate specialist.  Respond

10/06/10 4 4 5 5 I saw Dr Keeling for the 1st time today for a mole on my leg. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He examined me from head to toe for other possible moles or skin changes that I might not have noticed. (Some people complained about this, but I find it the sign of a good doctor). The mole turned out to be nothing (YA!) and now he's helping me with a slight skin condition on my face. I'd highly recommend this doctor to anyone who needs to see a dermatologist. And he's not bad to look at either LOL. For some reason, in my mind, I was expecting some old frail man with thick glasses and a funny lab coat. Guess I watched too many cartoons as a kid :)  Respond

04/12/09 5 5 5 5 I have seen this doctor for 2-3 years due to an abnormal, rare and persistent skin condition. I had great success with him. I find him to be patient and kind unlike other dermotologists in the region. I would highly recommend him to anyone.  Respond

02/11/09 5 4 5 5 I have been seeing Dr Keeling for 3 years since being diagnosed with malignant melanoma. He and his staff are always very friendly and professional. I was quickly given an appointment for a wide excision. I was followed every 3 months and now yearly as I am at the 3 year mark. At each of these visits I am asked to undress down to my underware so he can examine my skin for new suspicious spots. I do this gladly since this is what saved my life. Eventhough you may be being seen for a lesion on a visible area of skin it it possible that there may be something that is not visible with your cloths on. Therefore I feel that the few minutes that this professionally conducted examination takes is well worth my time and slight embarrassment.  Respond

07/08/09 4 5 5 5 I had taken my son to see 3 Dr's at the outpatient who could not diagnose his skin rash. They had me re-washing all his clothes and bedding and covering him in lotion to no avail. My family doctor saw my son after 1 week and immediately called Dr Keeling. He took us in the next morning at 9am. He took one look at my son and diagnosed him with eczema and a very bad sympathy rash covering him head to toe. He prescribed a cream and a noticeable difference was seen after the first application. Everything cleared up in a couple days and we haven't had any issues since. I thank Dr Keeling for seeing us so quickly and taking such good care of my son who was only 6 months old at the time.  Respond

04/07/09 1 5 5 5 Requires referral because he is busy. Have been going to him for 6-7 years. He is very friendly, helpful, thorough and experienced, in other words a great doctor. You must undress, otherwise how can he know what problems you have on other parts of your body. That is part of his thoroughness! I would recommend him for sure! After receiving the referral, his staff contacts the patient directly for an appointment time. I don't see anything to complain about regarding his staff.  Respond

05/06/09 5 3 5 5 I can't believe that someone would say the staff and Dr are rude. I have been going to Dr. Keeling for many years. I love them all. They even took the time to call and check on me when an immediate family member passed away. You are all number one in my books....I don't know what I would do without you. Betty  Respond

16/03/09 4 4 5 5 Dr. Keeling found a stage 1 melanoma mole on my face. He quickly scheduled surgery for me and was very compassionate. So far things are good. You people that are complaining about having to disrobe need to wake up and feel lucky to have an experienced specialist check your body for potentially dangerous moles. Take it from me - it could save your life. Go ahead - keep your clothes on - and have your family bury you in those clothes if a melanoma mole isn't identified. It's your choice.  Respond

21/11/07 1 1 1 1 I have to take my son to see this doctor. When the receptionist called she was rude and refused to book me an appointment. She told me that I could only have cancellations. That is not fair since I need 2 weeks notice to book time off.  Respond

07/08/07 5 4 5 5 Office staff is excellent - the girls always call and remind me of my appointments. Dr. Keeling is very thorough and caring. I trust him 100%. I have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and he has made me feel 100% better. He calls me to check on me when trying new meds, squeezes me in for appointments, etc. I highly recommend him to anyone.

22/06/07 4 5 5 Dr. Keeling is wonderful. He is friendly, courteous, and really knows his stuff. Many people are put off by the request to disrobe. But this request comes with a PURPOSE. He does this so that he can check for other problems, such as skin cancer. Thank goodness he does. I went to see him about Rosacea on my face, and because he had me disrobe, he found a mole that turned out to a problem. I would NEVER have had that mole checked out on my own. I have the utmost faith in Dr. Keeling, and would never want to see any other dermatologist.  Respond

23/03/07 2 1 4 I went to see Dr Keeling about my facial birthmark. I had asked for the first appointment as I was just coming off working 3 midnight shifts in a row and knew I would be just wanting to go home to sleep. I was in there first thing and they kept me waiting an hour. When I went in to the office, the nurse told me to disrobe. I told her I was there for my face and would not disrobe. Dr K came in, told me what he would do and said his receptionist would book an appointment with me for the procedure. He then told me to disrobe so he could see the condition of the rest of my skin. Again I refused. His office never called me back for my procedure. I went to a different, much better doctor instead (who didn't make me disrobe). A friend went to Dr K for a problem on her toe. He also asked her to disrobe, which she did although with great hesitation, not really realizing that she could refuse, as I had. My own family doctor just kind of shook his head knowingly when I told him this story.  Respond

23/03/07 4 1 1 Where do I start. Dr.Kealing was by far the worst doctor that I have ever seen. My gp made me go and see him despite the fact that I had seen him before to no avail. My gp assured me that Dr. Kealing would have to be accountable to him, because he was quite sure that what was happening to my skin { red rash across bridge of nose,as well as distinct thickening] would not be something that could be dismissed as an emotional problem. My sister went to the appointment with me and witnessed first hand how rude Dr.Kealing was. He actually was upset that I had brought someone with me and stated"now you can go back and tell your gp all of the bad things I did to you. What I had anticipated had definitely been realised in that appointment. He did not give me a further appointment. I would rather eat dirt than endure that again.  Respond
