very friendly office and staff, doctor Tabari knows his stuff and combines it with warm sense of humor. He works all day including evenings and makes it very convenient for me to see him after my work ends at 6pm. The office is clean They try very hard to stay on schedule. Office is located in a very central NY location in east midtown near many trains and bus stops. I came in for heel pain and after a few visits I was fine. I also referred a friend there for painful bunions and she was impressed as well with her outcome of bunion sugery. Highly recommend this doc
Absolutely the worst. I am also shocked by the good reviews. The rudest, most unprofessional receptionist (who happens to be his wife). She screamed at me when I called to reschedule. When I asked to speak to the doctor, she hung up on me. I called later in the day and left a message for the doctor to call me back with my lab results, he never called back. Never went back. Absolutely shameful.

I am very well aware that no doctor is perfect. But Dr. Tabari comes as close to being the most knowledgeable medical professional when it comes to foot issues in the city. He has a very gentle manner and really listens. He has diagnosed my rare foot condition that 3 other doctors missed. The only bad thing about his practice is that sometimes he runs behind schedule - and I have had to wait 20-25 mins at times, but I believe that is because he does not rush patients, sits down and really listens and answers patients question. I am very impressed by his practice and this doctor.

After being treated by this dr I was SHOCKED at how many 5 star reviews he got on other sites (which in my opinion are very questionable now after taking a closer look). He gave me a treatment that I feel was much too extreme for my problem & area of foot & has left me with PAIN, a limp & an open infected sore. Along with that, his receptionist/answering service clerk, yelled at me, started an argument then hung up on me when all I asked was for her to have him call me to see if the horrible look & smell of this wound was supposed to happen! I had to find another doc to heal my foot.
Admittedly the idea of people doing stuff to my feet is terrifying to me. So I entered Dr. Tabari's office with the idea that foot pain is just part of life. I had avoided going somewhere for a long time. But I finally decided to go.
And I made the right choice. Not only is Dr. Tabari clearly skilled at his craft, but his chair-side demeanor makes the whole experience actually pleasant. First time in my life I actually look forward to going to any doctor because not only will my issue be treated, but it will be treated with a smile.

My experience with Dr. Tabari's office has been very pleasant. I have seen many podiatrists in the past. Some were good, some were not. Dr. Tabari falls into the good doctor group. Unlike some, he spends quality amount of time with me - answers all my questions and takes time to follow up to see how I feel after he did a few procedures. Great doctor, great staff.

Dr. Tabari is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in layman's terms. He is a very bright, patient and overall great doctor with a great bedside manner. He has an incredible eye for detail and is generous with his time when he's asked questions. Fantastic, comfortable office space. I highly recommend him and his office staff to anyone needing a podiatrist for any foot or ankle problem.
